    a cake decorated with flowers

Todo Dulces created the perfect birthday cake for my mother's "70's inspired" birthday party. I sent a picture of the floral inspiration and the invitation and they nailed it. The combination of fondant and buttercream was perfect. It was delivered on time and it tasted so good we had it for breakfast the next day. It was easy to communicate with them via email and I would absolutely use them again.

I was very happy w the customer service. They picked up the phone immediately and always called me back. The lady gave me her cell so I could text a picture. The Cake was ready on time. I called a day before and they were able to rush a cake for me. The stock white 9" cake was like $45. But to decorate it with a minimal blue ombré icing was $125. Wow! large price increase for the decorating. The reason I gave only 3 stars is the actual cake was very short. I can't believe it cost me $145 for a 10" which was supposed to feed 30 people! It didn't

Yummy gorgeous wedding cake! They were so easy to work with and made exactly the cake I wanted for my wedding cake. We had vanilla, cappuccino, chocolate and raspberry filling and loved all the flavors. My only disappointment was that I had asked for a special base and a crystal letter on the top when I ordered the cake. They never confirmed with me the order so when it showed up at the wedding it was just a cake on a table without the initial letter...which made me sad.

    Lovely, albeit late.

Valentine Anniversary cake for my wife, kids and I. Flavor was great (Amaretto), decoration very nice: but 3 pm delivery became 4... then 5... then 6:30... finally arriving after 7 pm. Updates only provided when WE called. Wife was happy with cake and kids liked it: two stars right there, to go with the one star I would have given otherwise. Nice flavor, though - WAY better than Divine Delicacies (more flavor, prettier cake, no splinters!)!

We dealt with Todo Dulces for my sister's wedding. It was part of the package we purchased at the venue. Had it not been a part of the package we probably would not have done business with them. My sister ordered a square five tier cake. Everything was rolling and the day of the wedding arrives. What a surprise for the bride when she walked in and saw a ROUND five-tier cake. She called and said the cake was wrong and was told the design was round even though the paying customer specifically designed a rectangular cake (picture to be added). At that point to compensate for their error, they said they would let us borrow a round base and would be delivered free of charge. The base never arrived. Thank God the florist, Jackie came to the rescue and added some flowers. The only reason it gets one star is the taste.

What a big disappointment!! We went todo dulce 3 weeks ago to get a few things for my baby shower. We pay for a few cupcakes, cake pops, macarons, and cookies. Nothing was like we order, we were very specific with how we want those and especially on decoration and colors. The cupcakes we're awful tasteless and the frosty was super hard, Cake pops were very hard and the decorations very very wrong. Macarons? The worst that I try in my whole life. Man nasties macarons ever and the decoration was nothing like we ask. And the cookies man, we even send then a picture of those and how we want them, I was supposed to look like elephants and there was nothing like that. We spend so much money on such a crapy food. The owner should be ashamed of her business. We actually call to complaint and the don't even care. Don't waste money in this place.

If you want an absolutely unique, tasty as heck, show-stopping cake, Todo Dulces is your place!! The TD team was able to create an Art Deco design we wanted to match our Great Gatsby wedding theme. The flavor and texture of the cake had everyone at the wedding raving, especially us!! Todo Dulces was a pleasure to work with and delivered competitive pricing for their great quality product. I'm surely looking forward to using them again in the near future.

After having had the cakes from Todo Dulce (Everything Sweet) at a few events in the past years, I decided to use them for my best friend's bridal shower cake this past weekend as I had been very impressed with the cake designs I had seen as well as how good they had tasted. I went in to Todo Dulce about two weeks ago with a copy of the party invitation and they were able to create a cake to match the invitation beautifully. Everyone that saw the cake had something great to say about it :) We chose to make the cake red velvet since that is the bride-to-be's favorite filling and everyone was very happy with the taste of the cake too. Light and delicious! The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that the cakes do tend to be pricey here and the ladies who own the shoppe speak mostly Spanish and I can see that being a problem for those who don't.

This place is a hidden gem. The cake is so moist and delicious, they have so many flavor options, but my favorite is the marble with buttercream. However there is yellow cake, vanilla, red velvet, chocolate, and many others. They take so much pride in their work, every cake and cupcake is so pretty. So lets get down to the nitty gritty, PRICE. They have the best prices in Miami, beleive me i shopped around for my sisters baby shower cake, and to get a 2 tiered cake decorated so beautifully, and that tastes amazing is not cheap. They actually quoted me the same as publix, which does not compare, and publix wasnt even going to decorate it. Everyone at the shower asked me where I had gotten the cake, and told me how great it was.

I was referred to Todo Dulce by a friend for my wedding cake. They did a fantastic job, the cake was not only gorgeous but delicious. They are very professional and highly recommend them.

My baby shower cake from Todo Dulces. I chose vanilla and almond flavors for the different tiers and both were delicious.

I ordered a cake from Todo Dulces for my baby shower. Picking a boutique cake designer was no easy task since I expect PERFECTION on every level and I am very particular about special occasion cakes. I decided to take my mom and mom-in-law for a cake tasting prior to deciding and I'm glad I did. We showed up and saw first-hand the gorgeous creations they have done, both on display at their store and through tons of photos. Then we tasted around eight different flavor, all great in my opinion. We settled for the almond and othe tiers in vanilla. Alejandra, one of the owners, designed my cake using my baby shower invitation, and on paper, it seemed pretty accurate. Fast-forward to the baby shower, and I walked in to the see the most beautiful cake - just for me! Three tiered, giraffe-print designed, and a cut out cookie of a baby girl dress as the topper. I am going to upload the photo on this review page as a reference. Its pink and green. The cake was the star of the shower to say the least, and thanks to our careful taste test, both the almond and vanilla tiers we selected were delicious and very moist. I still have people asking me where I got the cake, and I am so happy to recommend Todo Dulces through and through.

It's not the same. The original owner sold and I was disappointed with my son's birthday cake. The taste was great but the craftsmanship that I have come to expect from the Todo Dulces name was lacking. Unfortunately I picked up the cake two hours before the party and had to leave it as-is. The previous owner would have never handed over a cake like this and charged me nearly $200 with a straight face. The top had a part where the cake showed through the frosting. The artwork on the dragon was messy. The frosting itself was cracked and had areas where the dye pooled and it just looked messy and unpolished. My sons baptism cake was done by the original owner and as you can see the quality is far superior. If someone knows where she went please let me know!! I know the argument will be made asking why I didn't ask them to fix this. It was two hours before the party and I didn't have time. Also, I should not have to deal with this, there is an artistry and quality I expect from Todo Dulces especially for the price. It was a 25 person cake. I paid $190, at nearly $8 a slice I expect better.

Last year, we ordered my son's birthday cake with a dulce de leche filling on one tier and a plain second tier It was simple but well made, so we gave them another try this year. This time, I worked with Yamy. I visited in person, explained what I needed, and followed up with pictures via text. She gave me the same quote as last year. I did forget to mention the filling in the text, and when I brought it up, she flipped. I tried to explain that we had it the year before, but she insisted it wasn't in her "archives" and cut me off mid-sentence. I found that extremely rude--good customer service should start with listening, not arguing. She also asked me to send several photos and design details, which made me feel like I was doing most of the planning work myself. Still, I assumed the cake would be the same size as last year's two-tier cake. When we went to pick it up, I was shocked at how small it was. Yamy was on vacation, so I couldn't speak to her. I ended up rushing to another bakery--ironically, my first choice this year--to order cupcakes last-minute, I will be Slicing sliver-thin pieces later on. To be fair, the cake was beautifully executed. But the overall experience this year left a sour taste. It honestly felt like the downsizing was intentional. Sadly, we won't be returning. Great product is one thing, but customer service is just as important--and that means truly listening to your customers, not shutting them down. They might not care about reviews or others but this is my way to vent. Second part!!! They did not put the right filling and the cake was DRY!!! Still waiting for the manager to call me

THE LOOK ON MY FACE WHEN I PROMISED MY MOM HER RUM AND VANILLA CAKE BUT NOTICE IT'S THE WRONG CAKE,…read moreBEING SERVED AT THE RESTAURANT. CUSTOMER SERVICE: NEGLIGENT. I don't like bad reviews because I believe that they do not truly represent the values of a business. Yet, here I am wasting my time to write one for a business after being sold a wrong cake because the owner does not have the heart to respectfully manage at least decent customer service. I went into the store and asked for their vanilla and rum cake. The girl with the glasses pointed me to one of the two cakes in their case. I said I'll take it; she subsequently packed it. I took it home for my mother's birthday to find out it was a guava and cheese filled cake. That's unfortunate, but the wrong cake is NOT the point of this negative review. I asked to speak with the owner to let them know how disappointed I was. I like to think I am understanding of situations like this as a past employee in the food industry. But there is something I cannot accept: disrespect. The manager called me today to tell me that the girl told ME it had guava and cheese. The standard of customer care shouldn't always be that the "customer is always right", UNLESS the customer is right... I know for a fact that the girl told me it was a rum and vanilla cake BECAUSE I ASKED FOR THAT ONLY. There was zero mention of guava and cheese. For the manager to call me and tell me I'm wrong is incredibly rude! To offer a $5 discount on another cake is incredibly illogical! To disrespect a client in making them feel they are lying without evidence is outrageous. As a business owner, in handling situations like this, the first thing you do is apologize for the circumstances, not by assuming fault, but as a mediator of positive resolution BECAUSE IT'S YOUR BUSINESS TO CARE. Then, offer whatever you think is fair given the circumstances BECAUSE YOUR REPUTATION IS ON THE LINE. We should require more responsibility from businesses that sell irreversible items like cakes. Keep your $5, double it, and give it to the next person.
