Aerial yoga is no joke but super fun and luckily I was in a class full of other first timers so it wasn't too intimidating or fast paced. Their HIIT class allows you to incorporate some weights and bands to make it even more of a challenge, along with the room already being hot. The Power Yoga class is NOT for the weak so prepare to sweat and get into some tougher poses. The Barre class took me by surprise as I assumed we'd be doing some ballerina-ish movements, it was more similar to a Zumba class and Liz's energy makes it super enjoyable. I had the pleasure of booking with each one of the instructors and I can confidently say each person was a delight. They have a good amount of free parking, but I would show up no earlier than 10 minutes before so that you can take the parking spaces of the previous class right once they leave. The studio feels very homey upon entering and I love the no shoe policy upon arrival. There's cubbies right outside of the heated room where you can put your phone & other belongings. Overall, I'm happy to know this studio offers classes beyond just hot yoga. It's conveniently located nearby Downtown Hollywood and they're open all 7 days of the week which is great! Anybody looking to try something new or wanting to get out of their comfort zone should definitely swing by, as the friendliness of the staff makes you want to come back for more!

The thing I like about the OM spot best is that literally no class is ever the same.  Yes, it's the same poses, but the sequences are always different.  I find this helps my mind stay in the class. I would say it's a little more athletic than some other hot yoga studios, which I consider to be a plus.   Take a class here, join, you won't regret it. Promise.

Yoga Joint was like my second home and I got along great with the instructors and made sure I was super sweet to the managers and front desk employees. However, over time it became really corporate and impersonal, the classes felt like you were just part of some factory assembly line and the front desk employee turnaround really took a toll on the customer service. Last summer I received a phone call from a manager, Vanesa Gentile, stating that I should probably cancel my membership because I'm 'unsafe' for asking the front desk employees if it's their job to fix the lockers that weren't working properly as they stared at me blankly when I asked for help finding a locker that worked. After trying to discuss this with the higher ups and receiving the corporate runaround, I promptly canceled my membership. I am so glad that the staff was able to return to their safe space! I now see in other reviews below that I'm not the only person that Vanesa has asked to cancel their membership. I miss the old Yoga Joint

It was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. The yoga class was very gentle which is my favorite style of yoga. It gave me the opportunity to self reflect, ground, and stretch. Cynthias direction was great and she had a nice sense of humor. At the beginning of class she shared an essential oil with us. At the end of class she did a sound healing that was amazing in so many ways. I loved this studio, the style of yoga, and the entire experience from start to finish!

Classes ranges from $40 per session. I really enjoyed taking Jessie's class. I felt everything in my core. She really challenges you to push yourself. I found this class to be challenging but also very rewarding!! My whole body was shaking after (totally normal after Pilates apparently.) With Pilates, I am able to find self-discovery with all the moves I didn't know I was capable of doing.

In addition to pole and aerial, they have an Inversion Series specifically designed to build the strength and technique needed for climbs, tricks, and inverts, as well as dedicated pole conditioning classes. Not many studios offer these types of supplemental classes, and they've made a noticeable difference in my progress. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. They create an encouraging environment where everyone, regardless of skill level, feels supported. The other students are just as welcoming, which makes the studio feel like a true community instead of just a place to work out. I ended up getting a membership because I saw the value almost immediately, and it's been completely worth it. If you're serious about improving your pole skills while being surrounded by positive, supportive people, I highly recommend Vertical Addicts.
