After careful observation, he communicated to me what pieces were worth redesigning or resetting, and then took the time to explain every facet of each project with which I had decided to proceed. Sam is a craftsman and has a keen eye for detail and precision, along with a vision and foresight of what the product will be upon completion. On one occasion, while coordinating a more complex project, he created an exact hard wax replica for me, along with a mathematical diagram for the stone setting, so that I would have complete comprehension of the finished work.
