They explain all the information and pros and cons of potential decisions very clearly, never make you feel rushed, and give you honest advice in your best interest, even when it's at the cost of them making more money. And most importantly they are incredibly kind and make the process fun! I got my third ear lob piercings done by Mason over a year ago and had a great experience throughout the piercing process. Both he and Logan made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process from exploring concepts together, helping me pick jewelry, decide what type of piercing to do and where, and actually doing the piercing. The studio and the piercer's sanitation processes were top notch. The piercing process was as painless as possible and the communication throughout the entire process made it easy and comfortable. Even though I don't live close to this shop and there are other piercing studios nearby to me, I wanted to come to Rainbow Piercing to help me when I had an issue with my naval piercing because I knew I could trust them. Mason helped me again today when I couldn't get my navel piercing put back in. I had left my jewelry out for a week and I couldn't install it into the piercing by myself because the piercing had collapsed and trying to put the a piece in was painful, really tight, and dangerous to do by myself. They walked me through the process and were able to quickly and sanitarily install a piece into my piercing using a tapered tool.
