-same day appts. -safe space for ALL women…read more-clothes 'wardrobe' for women in need -breakfast pastries for those who need 'em (on the day of my visit, could be standard fare) -haircuts -computer usage -phone usage -yoga & art classes (donations accepted) This collective is a true gem. Beyond the fact that one can access gratis medical visits--thanks, Canada!--this clinic is a 'clean, well-lighted' & welcoming space for women from all social strata. My visit with the RN began ten minutes after my 10.30 appt. time. The client just before me had left at about a quarter past the hour. Be prepared to wait a bit, I guess. Not used to not having to pay for every little thing regarding health care, I was compelled to make a financial donation after my visit as both a thank-you & a way to support what is a very necessary women's institution. When I inquired, I was told that the collective would gladly accept a donation of women's clothing. Preferring to make a monetary donation, I was sent to chat with the clinic's director. PayPal would be the way to go, if one is so inclined.

If you're a woman looking for a walk-in clinic in the area, I highly recommend them.

The youth clinic has been…read morereally great, however, the only drawback is the fact that the Youth Clinic is on a drop-in basis. Services at the Youth Clinic are available to young adults 24 and younger. I'd also recommend bringing your care card to make check-in easier. Waits for me did not exceed a half hour. During my appointments, I was able to get a full consultation on my mental and sexual health with free and low-cost birth control options available. Their services also include free STD testing and pregnancy testing. This place has been great for me. In addition, being very transit accessible is a definite plus.

VIJAY NATARAJAN and RAVENSONG, which has turned her into a shell of the person she used to be. She has many loving family and friends in her corner. We are all trying to get her help, but DR. VIJAY NATARAJAN and RAVENSONG are refusing to see her or adjust her medicine to let her get the life-saving liver transplant she needs. Please call this DR. VIJAY NATARAJAN and RAVENSONG at (604) 709-6400, to demand that he do something to help her. She has some mental illnesses that require medication, yes, but DR. VIJAY NATARAJAN at RAVENSONG has increased her medication over the years, and for the past 10-15 years, she has become more and more foggy, hesitant and indecisive in her thinking. She has put on so much weight that it has increased her physical slowness and clumsiness, and she sweats and gets out of breath at the slightest exertion. It is no wonder that we have all been extremely concerned about her. She is unable to even make herself a simple meal or even pour herself a drink without spilling it all over the floor and taking half an hour just to wipe it up. She is extremely debilitated and she is getting no help, and we are feeling desperate as we watch her crumbling before our very eyes. We knew something was seriously wrong, but until our recent repeated visits to Vancouver General Hospital Emergency Department, we did not realize that she was so over-medicated, and this excess medication has been poisoning her liver, first causing diagnosis of fatty liver disease, now progressing to cirrhosis of the liver. I always thought cirrhosis of the liver was only caused by alcohol however, my cousin does not drink alcohol on any sort of regular basis; so, by observation and deduction, it would appear that she is likely being slowly poisoned with excess medication by her psychiatrist DR. VIJAY NATARAJAN and RAVENSONG, unless a medical professional advises us otherwise, but this is the information that we have been given. We have been told by her medical team, that my cousin needs to have a reduction of her medications in order to be added to the liver transplant list, and we have brought her over and over to the Vancouver General Hospital Emergency Department to try to get her some help. We've spent dozens of hours sitting in the VGH waiting room, only to have my cousin sent home. Even the time when she had ammonia levels so dangerous they thought it could possibly be deadly, so the UBC Emergency Department - who had done the blood test the day before - sent the paramedics along with the police to bring her to the Vancouver General Hospital Emergency Department. The Vancouver General Hospital Emergency Department sent her home, in her overdrugged state, all on her own at 2 in the morning, when she got scammed by an Uber driver who took advantage of her foggy state and charged her hundreds of dollars by scamming her credit card. We have been informed that the only one who can change her medicine is DR. VIJAY NATARAJAN and RAVENSONG, so my cousin made an appointment with him, as her prescribing psychiatrist. He (DR. VIJAY NATARAJAN and RAVENSONG)apparently cancelled this appointment, telling my cousin that her appointment is "....cancelled until further notice". What are we to think of that?? Is DR. VIJAY NATARAJAN at RAVENSONG telling my cousin that he doesn't want to see her anymore??? For what reasons??? On what grounds?? DR. VIJAY NATARAJAN and RAVENSONG, are you simply dismissing her because you don't want to bother??? Do you, DR. VIJAY NATARAJAN and RAVENSONG want to just let my cousin die of the liver disease that you appear to have caused by years of prescribing excess dosages of medication??? I wonder what is going on here and I am informing you, the public, because DR. VIJAY NATARAJAN and RAVENSONG need to be held to accountable, for if we lose her now, her blood is on the hands of DR. VIJAY NATARAJAN and RAVENSONG, in my opinion. I cannot see any other way to take this indifference and refusal to see the patient for whom he is prescribing all these medicines, so DR. VIJAY NATARAJAN and RAVENSONG, since you will not take our phone calls or see my cousin, I hope that you will see and notice my plea here on your page. PLEASE speak up for yourself, DR. VIJAY NATARAJAN and RAVENSONG: why are you letting my cousin die before the eyes of her family and friends?? We all love her and we hate to see her fall through the cracks this way and we can do nothing else but hold you, DR. VIJAY NATARAJAN and RAVENSONG, personally responsible. What can you possibly say for yourself? My cousin is getting sicker by the day. Today, she is at the point of speaking gibberish and being unable to get out of bed and spitting up blood. The paramedics have taken her to emergency for she is in serious condition and it appears that it is solely due to you, DR. VIJAY

My primary physician retired in 2021 and since then I have been passed onto 7 Drs. The most recent lasted for 6 months, then went to another clinic, where she stayed for 6 weeks and then moved to White Rock. I never asked to be transferred with her and didn't want to be transferred with her however it appears they forwarded prescriptions, test results etc to her without asking me. Upon leaving her 2nd clinic, she advised her patients that there was a new Dr. at Seymour Health that agreed to take patients that she had seen from that clinic. Apparently, that is not the case!!! Upon calling the clinic I was told they had not approved that message and I'd have to come in through the walk-in clinic, assuming my records did not get sent away to a clinic where I never wanted or intended them to be. Can't express my extreme disappointment enough.

Appointments have to be made online It's difficult to find contact info for specialists at the clinic. The staff are harried, over worked and under paid. Staff turnover is high, which may indicate a negative job experience for them. It's virtually impossible to get a face-to-face appointment The reception area feels like a hotel, not a medical clinic The care is uncaring, brusque, and perfunctory. There is no time for getting to know my "provider". I feel like a cog in a health care machine and miss the personal care I used to get from my doctor before he retired. And feel guilty for complainigg, because at least I have a doctor.

The first time I was rushed in with no wait, and immediately hooked up to a nebulIzer. Then they decided I needed additional treatment, and so they called St Paul's Hospital Emergency and sent me there by cab. I was able to be seen and hooked up with no wait. The next time I had another severe asthma attack, they weren't quite as helpful. They made me wait, even though I clearly was having an extremely hard time breathing. I was wheezing badly and felt I couldn't get any oxygen to my lungs. The Dr who saw me acted aloof and like I was an inconvenience to him. I asked about the nebulIzer and he blew me off - even though I clearly was having major problems breathing. He didn't give me anything at the office, so I continued to have my attack until my RX was filled! I went away still feeling the same as when I arrived- I was not happy ! It was a horrible cold day that we had a snow storm and everything was frozen. It took a long time to get anywhere. My husband had to go fill my RX for me which took forever. Anyone with asthma knows how scary it is when you can't breathe. I was wheezing so loud and couldn't catch my breath. I couldn't believe he sent me away still having a full blown asthma attack! I haven't been back since.

Walking in to find the receptionist eating a sub sandwich. So, now we know two things. 1. Why no one answers the phone (it's not like sick people call here or anything), and 2. Why the place smells like a Subway rather than a clean medical clinic. Once she stopped chewing.....I asked to see a Dr. and she said they are at full capacity. Keep in mind that to my left their wait room had 1 person sitting on one of 10 dusty worn-out chairs in the so-called waiting area. I told her this is a walk-in clinic....the outside sign as well as your website says walk-ins welcome! She attempted to repeat herself and since I had no interest in wasting my time....I walked out. Hey!....this place turned a walk-in into a walk-out....wow....quite the accomplishment. Yeah....trust me....you don't wanna go here. Now it has become a farce and it seems the doctor is more interested in running a skin care business. If you walk-in they tell you they close at 1pm or some bizarre hour, to come back at 8:30Am and there will be a lineup outside like India or something. When seeing the doctor his care seems distant and it is a business so you get five minutes. It is like you are a donut or something on the assembly line. Further I am not sure how much this doctor gives a hoot about patients now, follow-up is comical because he remembers nothing about you. Everything is off the notes about you. Referrals to a specialist from this place are so slow it's almost medieval like. There was a good receptionist but she seems to have left, replaced by those who really don't care and that is a big problem given things can really slip up here now !
