As I began speaking, the woman started talking over me without allowing me to say a word. I said excuse me and she said "I asked how much your pet weighs". I was stunned by the lack of professionalism and rudeness. I provided his weight and tried to explain that he was being euthanized that same night but she cut me off again. She began to rattle off what was included in "the package" and said the cost was $200. When I asked if I could pick our pet up after cremation or if they return him to the hospital as most pet cremations do, the response was no. I was informed that our pet would be sent to us by FedEx!! What a lack of compassion to send our beloved pet of 15 years back to us through the mail. I would never recommend this business to anyone. They should not be in this type of business if they cannot show empathy to a pet owner. Our dog, Bailey is part of our family and they are very disrespectful!
