Toks, much like Vips, is a decent option found at airports throughout Mexico. This particular Toks location was in Mexico City's Benito Juarez (AIFA) airport. So the girlfriend and I were wrapping up our excursion to Mexico City, and we decided to stop by and get some food here as we had some hours to kill before our flight. A short walk from our gate and one flight of stairs led us here. Fortunately, it was not busy when we came here. I decided on a beef filet plate, which came with rice, beans, and tortillas. To drink, I had a cafe americano and a lemonade. My girlfriend had the same. The food was decent, and left us satisfied. The service here was efficient, and the ambiance was relaxing. La semana pasada visite el restaurant, iba con mi familia 5 personas en total, llegamos a desayunar tarde casi las 11:00 am, pedimos carne azada y de tomar cafe y jugo verde, la comida estaba bien, nada espectacular, el jugo verde al parecer bueno también igual que el cafe, viajamos tres horas a nuestro destino, todo bien, al siguiente día, mi esposo y yo, nausea, vomito, diarrea y dolor abdominal intenso, estaba tan enferma que fui a dar al hospital, mi esposo empezó con los mismos síntomas pero no tan serios como los míos, tuve una deshidratación severa, le llame a mi hija para ver si tenia los mismos síntomas, y ella ya estaba en el hospital con los mismos síntomas, los únicos que tomamos el jugo verde fuimos mi hija mi esposo y yo, el hospital me salió en $ 250.00 dólares mas el deducible del seguro, pague medicamentos también, es el cuarto día que no puedo ir a trabajar por que sigo con síntomas serios, yo quiero saber quien se hace responsable de todo esto, no debe de quedar así como si nada, ellos siguen envenenando gente, sin tener las debidas medidas de higiene, no vuelvo a visitar ese lugar !! read more

It is an airport restaurant so expensive. It is on the pre security side and probably the best choice on that side of the airport. If you are going through security (and this is Terminal 1) there are far better choices on the other side of security. read more

Muy bonito pero deja mucho que desear en cuanto al servicio, primero la mesa fue limpiada con un trapo sucio y dejó muy mal olor, lo bueno es que traigo Clorox wipes y yo la limpié otra vez, después, la mesera ( Karla) solo vino a tomar la orden y después desapareció completamente de nuestra vista y otros empleados tuvieron que ayudarnos, la orden estuvo mal también. Came to order a drink of tequila blanco Bartender ask me if don julio is ok I reference blanco again for ordering purpose The bartender poured the shot passed it to me And immediately knew it was anejo not one sip I asked for the correct drink and I received only to have to pay for both drinks Rosario the manager didn't want to help just make sure if you do order you write it in smoke signals send it by snail pegion or bird to get the correct order. Food was good. Convenient location after arrival to Mexico City. I enjoyed the large selections of drinks and food. Affordable and enjoyed a really great meal after arriving from Lima in late night. No wait and really great attentive services. read more

Toks restaurants blatantly refills it's expensive liquor bottles with cheap alcohol! During a visit November 22 2022 while at CDMX airport we had lunch at Toks. With lunch, ordered one shot of 1800 tequila, we were given a shot of cheap whiskey they claimed was tequila. My girlfriend has been in hospitality for 20 years, last five in Mexico, and knows her tequila! We pointed out to our waitress of this "mistake". She literally got angry and tossed out bread onto the table and walked off. We complained to another waitress, a third waiter came and poured directly from an 1800 tequila bottle and walked off, again the shot glass contained whiskey! Not tequila! We ate, paid our bill in total with 20% gratuity, leaving behind half a shot of whiskey, sold as 1800 tequila. As we left the restaurant I approached the bartender and asked him to smell the shot he poured, to prove what was in the 1800 bottle was indeed whiskey...he refused! Only staring us down and not saying a word. I said it three times," no tequila! Whiskey". Bartender would only stare with a menacing look on his face! After walking away, I took three steps back to peak at the bartender and he had immediately called over two employees who had a very quiet discussion. It was obvious they were running a scam by refilling high end liquor bottles with cheap liquor, then selling it as the real thing! Someone had made a mistake pouring whiskey into an expensive tequila bottle. I have written the Toks corporate offices via email and FB Messenger without a reply. Do not trust Toks Restaurant at CDMX airport T2! They are thieves! read more

This Toks is located by terminal 2, wow! The Toks enchiladas were amazingly good! I had a second order, they are green salsa verde with a hint of spinach, melted cheese on top, chicken inside. Highly recommended! read more

NOT your typical airport food. Don't let the name fool ya. They have very good Mexican food. U can trust me, I'm Mexican. Wifey got mole enchiladas which she loved. I got the Toks enchiladas that came with a delicious green sauce. We also got a Tortilla soup which they bring the chips in a bowl and server pours the chicken "broth" in front of u to prevent chips to arrive too soggy. The soup comes with tiny cups of condiments like pork rinds, cheese, avocado, sour cream, fried peppers. What I'm trying to say is that it was also very good. Service was not bad but we felt a little pressured and the check took a long time to arrive. Probably would of taken longer if I wouldn't have asked another gentleman that asked us if everything was ok. Pretty satisfied overall! read more

Enjoyed a great breakfast here. Fast seating and service. Clean. Nice atmosphere. Menu was in English, helpful for foreign travelers. Food was better than I expected. Really enjoyed it and will absolutely return again. Only downside was needing to leave the terminal and go back through security again during my layover. read more

I went here while waiting for my connecting flight in Mexico City and when my food arrived I wished I hadn't. The food is comparable to the food on the plane, which I can describe as bland and nothing special. I don't recommend this place, The Terraza outside of the Terminal is a notch above. read more

This place is under rated! For less than $20 USD we had enchiladas, soup, guacamole and non alcoholic drinks! The service was great and so was the wifi, if you are waiting for your next flight I'd recommend this place! The food was delicious as well! Would come back! read more
