This past Friday, they came to our home in Deerfield Beach and washed two SUVs. Only after they finished did they mention an added $10 trip fee, per vehicle. Nonetheless, I booked an appointment on Saturday for my car, only to have the scheduled time pass with no explanation on their end. I rescheduled twice for that day, with no one coming. I then tried again for Sunday, relying on their AI text bot, which proved to be completely worthless. I finally got a response from an actual human, who told me that our location was out of their service area. I reminded him that they were just here two days prior, and asked why their website would allow me to book at a ZIP Code that was out of their service area, which was blamed on their current website design. There are plenty of other Car Wash services that are significantly more reliable, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

There have been a few times where it's not as clean as they usually get it the first few times I've been. And that's fine. But when you set those standards from the beginning, you're spoiled. My car was long overdue for a good vacuuming and detail so I decided to come out on a Sat morning, first thing when they opened at 8am. I checked out their website the night before and noticed they started taking appointments online. Nice! I reserved an appt for 8-9am time frame. I wanted to be in and out as I had a brunch in Plantation at 11am. Figured I would be done by then. They usually take 1-1.5 hours to clean my car and I always wait. Arrived promptly at 8am on this day. I was the 2nd car there. I went inside and had coffee and did work on my laptop. I kept glancing outside to see if my car was done and maybe they forgot to notify me. They usually text you when the car is done. The time was now 10:15am and I had to get out by 10:30am. Just for reference, a few times when I glanced outside, there were maybe 6-7 cars next to mine being worked on. When I came back outside, there were 2 cars left and mine was one of two. I asked the gentlemen how much longer it was going to be and he said another 10 minutes. Keep in mind, I dropped my car off at 8am and it was done 2.5 hours later at 10:30am. And I was the 2ND CAR there in the morning. How did 6-7 other cars finish before mine? And I had an appt for 8-9am??? I get that my car was a mess and definitely needed cleaning, I don't doubt that. But the fact that it took them 2.5 hours and I had an appt and I was the 2nd car to arrive that day, it was a bit confusing and frustrating to say the least. They did a fabulous job today! My windows were sparkling clean and spotless, the carpet was super clean after they vacuumed. Great job, Definitely happy but not cool if they finished other cars before mine and I had to wait that long and I barely made it on time to my brunch as I had my car cleaned so I could pick up other people for carpool. That was the main reason I had my car cleaned. That is all.
