I had just my interior done, and they did a half a$# job. I was not able to check it out after they were done because I had surgery. Had my husband there, but he has dementia. So he forgot why the guy was here.They didn't shampoo my carpets,clean my leather sets, windows, not even the flat bed of my truck and not even a wash. Oh and bad job on vacuuming if they even did that. Tried to tell them, and the only thing they said did you get the service. Took $269 of my hard earned money and really didn't do anything. Not a good experience at all. This was a good reminder to keep it local. Detailer was an hour late outside of the window. He was not prepared and didn't have proper equipment. He was very nice, but that didn't fix the other issues. Seats are still very wet 24 hours later. No one will answer me calls or emails. Detailer contacted me at 2am. Experience was all bad. Don't let the name fool you. It's NOT car detailing. It's a glorified car wash. You don't know who's coming until they get there. Black rims were dirty watermarked, they were an hour late after handing me off to 2 other "detailers" before the guy said he drove 2 hours to do the job. They were here for an hour. Very disappointed after spending over $200 and noticed things after hubby came home and pointed them out to me. I contacted company several times via phone, text and email and no one ever called me back. There is a stain on driver's side seat that was not there prior (photo.proof) back of truck bed never rinsed out, bugs still all over front grill, front windshield was all smeared with streaks and bugs still on windshield as well. And there are scratches on front passenger window tint. I would not recommend this company even to my enemies, Customer Service Sucks!!!! read more

Express's reply to my post is much of what I received from my email to them. They push all blame onto the technician when it's their scheduling issue and lack of communication. Whether or not Express acknowledges they are only a broker, all customer service and experience ends with them! Accept responsibility and attempt to solve it. Not one time have the attempted to provide any sort of correction. The package I chose is a wax package and from the remaining water spots it's apparent their quality is less than what they promote. Super disappointing and definitely won't be recommending them again. read more

Man, these guys work hard! I called today in desperate need of a car cleaning and scheduled them for 1 pm. They were here at 12:58 and were ready to do work! I had the car fully cleaned inside and out and I am very happy with the work! They were literally here till 4 pm cleaning every inch. They listen very well and when I was not happy with something, they fixed it! (Always make sure you speak up BEFORE the job is done to avoid problems) My car went from filth to squeaky clean! Save the money, save the aggravation and use another company. I spilled a green juice in the driver's side of my car and needed a thorough detail ASAP. This company responded to my request quickly - but that's about the only good thing they did. The $235 detail was subpar - and I'm being nice. There was still juice stuck to the bottom of the mat, the carpet underneath the mat still smelled horrible and other parts of my car were left dirty. When I mentioned there was still sand on the floor the tech said it wouldn't come out...which I find hard to believe since I literally wiped some away with my bare hands. I'm not impressed, I expected more, I payed for the presidential package which was $380, and expected a completely clean car. Although the car is clean it is not completely. I expressed that we had a mini vacation and sand was in the car. It was not a lot of sand, but it still has sand. I've payed less for details that have come out better, but I'm the type of guy that if I see something more expensive I think it may be better. Y'all ... these guys are the best!!! Long story short, after about a year of battling with our town to cut back a very prolific berry-producing tree that was destroying the paint on our new cars, we finally got the town to cut it back. Our FIRST move after that was getting our cars detailed from top to bottom to get all those berry stains and sap removed. I was a bit skeptical that our paint would ever look the way it did when our cars were new but WOW. My car is white and my husband's is black. Basically, we have the worst colors if you're worried about dirt and stains. Our cars look showroom new!!! That's a big deal to us since our cars are leases and we were legitimately concerned about what to do when our leases are up. Our paint was shot ... or so we thought, anyway. We were so wrong. My car is supposed to be white. It looked yellow when they started. I wish I'd taken a 'before' pic, but I'm attaching the afters. The other huge positive is how communicative Elvis (the owner/manager) is. We had to reschedule our appointment and he worked with us to be sure our new appointment fit our schedule. In addition, we got regular updates as the detailers were on their way to our house and when they arrived. Like to the minute accurate. Then, as soon as they were done, we got a text with pictures of our cars all shiny and new. We could not be happier! The techs were incredibly friendly and asked a bunch of questions to be sure they knew what we wanted and they delivered 100%. Honestly, service-based businesses in Miami generally leave a lot to be desired. We all sort of operate on the assumption that we're getting good service when all we really got was someone who showed up when they said they would. These guys are different - not only did they show up when they said they delivered in a big way. We got what we paid for, that's for sure. Every penny was well spent. This is a 3rd party company who sends out their detail jobs to small businesses. My seats were a mess and they definitely got a lot of stains out, but the detailer was close to 2 hours late, resulting in not being done until it was dark. Had it been light out I would have realized that they only wiped down and conditioned half of my dash. The headliner was not cleaned at all. The floors were not vacuumed. The rugs were not shampooed. And my car wasn't disgustingly dirty. I vacuumed my own car and rugs the day before to make the process easier. Only giving 2 stars really because they did do a great job getting a majority of the stains out of my 10 year old seats. read more

The guys spent a little more than an hour on the car, for what was supposed to be a ~4 hour $400+ clean. I didn't get a great look at the car before they quickly left and now after taking a good look at the car, they didn't do an interior clean, other than vacuuming. Given that they didn't clean the inside, I'm not at all convinced they clay barred and polished the paint before they put the ceramic coating on, it certainly doesn't look or feel like it. The wheels were not spotless, there are finger prints on the interior windshield, the center console was clearly not cleaned, the headlights still had bug splatter on them, the floor mats are completely dry, the trunk gaskets and engine bay were not touched. All of these were supposed to be part of the package. I've called and emailed the company several times and have not received any response. At this point, I'm going to open a dispute through my credit card company. read more

I made an appointment by because of the rain l I wanted to push it which they happily did. First, I must say that I really appreciated the ease of booking an appointment online with Mobile Car Care Express. I called 3 other places before them and couldn't even get in touch with anyone. In the end, I'm glad! Because they were great with communication and punctuality. The car washer, Kenneth, used lots of "elbow grease" to get the tree pollen spots off my roof and was thorough both inside and out. There were a few spots inside that he missed but he was very willing to go over them when I pointed them out. I booked the "The Works" package which included clay bar treatment, and although it was expensive, I feel I got my money's worth. I took "before" pictures of the roof and ALL of those spots came off!!! Sadly for me, it started raining as soon as Kenneth finished drying it so I didn't get "after" pictures. I will use them again!
