Long story short, we ended up with a new build (which we honestly would not have even looked at without her) and she hung in there and kept her arms around ALL processes, from financing, to construction, inspections, etc. People think you do not need a realtor to look at new builds. Trust me, you need THIS realtor. She eased our stress immensely and we absolutely would not have closed when we needed to (we were getting ready to leave the country) had she not fought so hard for us.
