Tom Ford's suits are the best, bar none. They're worth every penny if you can stomach the price tag. The cut and fit are a notch above every other men's luxury boutique. The store itself is really beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I'd definitely recommend going to Gini Kim. She is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and is very accommodating. If you do end up buying a piece, I'd also recommend that Yoko does the tailoring. She's incredibly thorough and does an amazing job. read more

What a difference a year makes. Re-visited this store recently and found the sales staff (mostly new faces) to be friendlier, more at ease, and engaging. However, there was a group of 3 that were standing in front of the store just chatting and giggling away, mindless of potential customers waiting to be helped. Also, the woman that eventually helped me seemed to be supervising rather than assisting. She did attempt a joke though at some point.... Kudos for the improvement, but the sales team still has a long way to go! read more

Where do I start. If I could give zero stars I would. A sales rep from this store literally turned to my brother and said "You're a nobody, get out of here.".....let me provide some context. Before going into this sad excuse for a luxury retail locale we went to Versace- excellent service, wonderful products, 6k well spent. Louis Vuitton followed- again, excellent service and wonderful products, another 6k well spent. High on the glorious exhilaration spurred by our shopping excursion we decided to continue into Tom Ford. Having a huge amount of budget left we hoped to load up on many pieces we had been scoping over the past few months, and what better place to spend extravagantly on luxurious clothes and accessories than Vegas? I really pushed for going into Tom Ford as I wanted my brothers to check it out, and was hoping for some goodies myself. What a mistake I made. Upon entering we were instantly greeted with hostility by an ill educated, incompetent, trashy associate. He began berating my younger brother, saying he didn't have money to be in there. Really buddy? Is that how you were trained? Is that how Tom Ford trains its employees? Pathetic. I am disgusted and appalled, and can only hope that piece of scum got fired. My family and I go to Vegas every season to shop and sadly Tom Ford will NOT be getting our business. I honestly feel bad for the other employees of the store, who were clearly embarrassed and tried to silence the idiot. But alas, damage done. read more

I was surprised to see that Tom Ford a store in Las Vegas before Beverly Hills, but was thrilled nonetheless when I visited Crystals last week after Christmas. I didn't even bother looking at the clothes and went straight to the back to the sunglasses and fragrances, and boy, was that an experience. I was planning on buying a bottle of Grey Vetiver from Bloomingdale's but since this store was here, I figured I might as well get it straight from Tom Ford. A sales associate came up to me and recommended some other fragrances from the private blend collection, but at $180 a bottle, I decided to just stick with the Grey Vetiver. Strangely, the sales associate was very friendly and not pushy at all which is rare for Las Vegas, especially in such an upscale store. I wasn't treated like somehow who only bought a fragrance because that's all I could afford, even though that was me exactly. I was treated like any other customer, even the security at the front wished me a happy new year. That's called customer service. The store itself was beyond what I imagined. the architecture was brilliant and everything was displayed so beautifully. It was hard to miss, since the store is a big black box with an illuminated "TOM FORD" sign. It's wedged right in between the Luis Vuitton flagship and the Lanvin store. I am definitely returning later this year, and I'm stopping by the Lanvin store next door when that opens too. read more

Followed through the store , as if I was a thief. Very very uncomfortable! Asked one question and was replied to in the most dismissive tone ! I imagine their sales people work on commission, and I'm so happy to have lined the pockets of the fantastic Gucci , Marc Jacobs and Michael Kors staff who assisted me to make some absolutely beautiful purchases. read more

I was very excited about going to Tom Ford. I was looking to get a couple suits. It was one of my main objectives on this trip. But from the minute i walked in I was disappointed. The customer service I received was by far the worst from any of the boutiques in Vegas(almost outlet level service). I was on vaca middle of the day in Vegas so I was not dressed the part when I walked in, so I was immediately dismissed. You would think they understand people are on Vacation and dressed at such during the day. I basically had to beg for help. After a few minutes of awkwardness. I just walked out. Yes this place is extremely expensive and can be intimidating but Tom Ford's clothing cannot be matched by any other designers for men's clothing. I bought my wedding tuxedo here and have never felt more confident in my entire life. The fit and quality of the clothing blew me away. I own a dolce and gabbana tuxedo as well and it doesn't even come close to my TF. I'm not lucky enough to own more than 4-5 pieces of Tom Ford clothing but if I could I would buy every piece in their store. I plan to slowly keep adding his items to my wardrobe. Go see Gini Kim if you end up going there. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable of the products. She never made me feel pressured and was very patient. read more

The level of help and customer service you get really depends on the day and who's working. I ordered over the phone and Emily was so helpful. If you find a gem in the staff then continue to go back or ask for them. Be loyal and it usually pays off. read more

We just finished at the spa and decided to stop by the Tom Ford store.The "salesmen" at this store were beyond useless. We asked the group of salesmen who were standing around doing nothing, except for surfing on their phones for assistance as we wanted to look at one of the handbags, he just gave us this blank stare, I think he just looked through us really... he started towards the bag then I guess he decided he wanted to spend more time on his phone and called the saleswoman to assist us instead. Paula (I think that was her name) the saleswoman was very helpful and polite, the whole time we were looking at the handbags all you could here is giggling from these so called salesmen - it was very irritating. Never underestimate a persons spending ability based on how they are dressed. Personally, I don't care what a person does for a living, just be professional and good at what you do! read more

This particular Tom Ford by far has the best customer service. Not only did John know his material he knew what kind of sunglasses I needed to compliment my face structure. He remembered every detail of why I was even getting the sunglasses & emailed me a week later to touch base on how it went & if I ever needed anything, he'd be there to help. Although I can't afford much of what is for sale, I do try to buy smaller items such as a wallet or cologne for gifts and such when I go. The clothes are beyond beautiful. I admit I love the fragrances most and have purchased Black Orchid for myself and gifts. The service and gift wrapping was absolutely exceptional. read more

The gentleman helping me was very attentive and patient. He followed me around the store, but not in an annoying way or anything. I could tell he just wanted to be nearby in case I had a question. The store is a series of dark gray rooms that felt luxurious. The men's clothing was sparse, but I wasn't looking too closely at the clothes. Great selection of optical and sunglasses. Also great for fragrances and makeup. Everything is expensive, but it felt like I got my money's worth. I might be too picky, but the packaging didn't seem very luxurious and the receipts looked cheap (why not have it on normal paper and in a folder like LV??). Overall I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly, cool, and relaxed service. read more

We bought my (now) husband's 3-piece suit for our wedding here along with some shoes (for him and me), a few ties and pocket squares, a wallet, some perfume, cufflinks, and a lovely handbag for myself. Giving it 2 stars. One of the worse TF stores I visitted. I came here to buy a perfume as a gift. Misty was amazing and really helpful. She knew how to sell the product. One of the rudest sales associates on the other hand by the name of John kept looking at me head to toe and kept laughing at me while whispering to other sales associates. By far the worst high end sales associates I've ever encountered. TF sales associates are usually my favorite but John is by far the worst. He is a bad representation to the Tom Ford label and not positive PR for the company. read more

I purchased a Tom ford perfume and later decided to take it back one day later for gift wrapping for someone's birthday. They gave me a smirky attitude for putting a few tissue paper and ribbon around it, made me show proof of receipt, and then refused to put it in a bag. They charged me almost $300 for their perfume but couldn't give an ounce of courtesy. I have purchased several of their colognes for my husband and turned many friends to their scents. I am very disappointed and hope Tom Ford would take more care in hiring staff that represent his name. Maybe even a better business model that is not just ALL about money. read more

So I walk in and it's like wow! The two guys standing in front look like they could be models for TOM FORD! 1 tall slim guy with chunky glasses and 1 shorter Latin guy with chunky glasses. Super hot both of them Then the service: let's just say I walked in there knowing very little about suits and walked out knowing literally EVERYTHING about suits. I recently sold my company a have decided to nicest in my wardrobe and a collection of TF suits was the place to start.
