First time buying a suit and after some extensive researching between Mens Warehouse and Suitsupply I've decided to go here. I had a great first experience here, person helping me was named "Ali" who is amazing, knowledgeable and got me ready for my brother wedding. My helper gave recommendations, let me try on as many suits to my preference. I had a fear that id get judge if I felt like something was too tight for my size or too large however my helper explained all the materials why some have a tight fit or a snugged feeling and it just made it more comfortable picking out an outfit. I have zero experience or knowledge about suits but my helper explained everything to how far the cuffs should go, how my shoulders to feel to even how high my trousers should be and in during this time I never felt rushed. All the tailoring and alteration took a few days but they do have an onsite tailor as well. Suitsupply is as good as it gets, I'll definitely be coming back in the future for future suits. P.S They offer coffee and water on arrival or when waiting so that's a bonus. read more

I stumbled upon this place while following my boss, aka wife, shopping at the Venetian mall Grand Canal. I knew about SS after doing a bunch of research for MTM suits. The store is very nicely put together. Very polished and inviting. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Donnie and Brittany. Although Brittany was still in training, Donnie seemed to know his stuff. He was even dressed pretty sharp himself. I knew I needed a couple more suits for work and had a target budget of about $500 per. Civil servant salary. Donnie had me try on a few and the Lazio fit me almost perfectly. Just needed a few alterations. Priced it out and was quoted close to $700. I know I know you pay for quality and quality this was. I just wasn't prepared to drop that much on sort of an impulse as we were just in town visiting. I felt really bad leaving the store without buying a suit. SS top brass, know that Donnie and Britt are great employees and hopefully represents the entire company as a whole. I'll be coming back soon. Mind you, this is the only suit I brought to the biggest real estate convention of the year (I know, I know). It was between here and another popular suit place for my wedding tuxedo but came here based on the yelp reviews. I was helped by Angel who is a wonderful and great associate. He listened to the style and look I wanted and made some great suggestions for my tuxedo. He brought out many booklets of sample material so I can have a visual and an actual feel to them. We tried on various different sizes of shirts/jackets/vests/pants and picked the best features and measurements from each. The result was a suit that was nearly spot on when my order came in. From time of order to time of arrival was actually very fast. I was given possibly a lead time of 2-3 weeks but it actually came in just shy of 2 weeks. The only alteration would be to hem the pant a little more and taper it, both of which can be done in house. I feel like o can really move around in this suit and not feel pinched at the arm holes like other off the rack suits. I live in Las Vegas so my accessibility to this place made it a great experience. read more

This is my husbands favorite place to buy suits. It's located in the Palazzo one level above the casino in The Shoppes at Palazzo. Where else can you shop for a suit at midnight? Or get it back from alterations ready to wear a few hours after buying it? The husband bought his fourth Sienna suit here tonight. He likes the Sienna for it's classic lines with a modern fit. The last one he bought he had them alter it 4 times to get the fit perfect. I swear he likes his pants to tighter than mine and the tailor did so without complaining or charging him extra. Every time we come in he gets great service. All the sales associates are excellent at pinning for alterations, they're very knowledgeable, and have great suggestions for him. We learned from one of them that the tie should match the sheen of the suit. The tailor is on site and usually can have the job done in a few hours if not the next day. They're so good I've even trusted their on site tailor with one of my women's blazers. She did a great job. The suits have lots of value for what you get. They use Italian fabrics, sew them in china, then custom alter them to the individual in store for around $500-$800 a suit with alterations. They do charge extra for alterations but not much. In comparison if the same suits made in Italy they would cost around $1500. Suit Supply sells about 12 styles of Italian shoes for around $290 each (normally they'd start around $6-700). Belts are priced around $65. They have an impressive tie wall of ties ranging from $45-75 depending on the fabric. My husband was explaining they're able to sell at these crazy low prices because they're vertically integrated, meaning they own the factory that makes the products that is sold in their stores. This will start with a summary to make the whole story easier to digest for a quick bite: Nice suits, the staff is somewhat helpful and somewhat knowledgeable, but I personally had a terrible experience with their custom service. I first stepped in the store in early February looking for a suit for my wedding. The guy working there (Max) asked me what I was looking for, and when. I told him for my wedding in June and he said I should wait until March for the new season to come in so I could possibly see the colors I wanted in person. He assured me that I was very early for the "6-8 week maximum turnaround". I returned in mid March to find that no new colors had arrived and decided to do the custom suit so I could get everything I was looking for. My fiance and I had a great time going through all the options and materials and visualizing what we were looking for. So I ordered the suit 90 days before the wedding thinking the original time frame I was quoted would be ample. The person helping me this time (Angel) said that I should expect the suit to be ready in 8-10 weeks maximum. This still would've given me plenty of time to receive and make any final adjustments to the suit. About 2 weeks later I received an email stating that the suit was being constructed and I should expect it in 9-10 weeks. If this were to be true, I would still have received the suit over a week before the wedding, not ideal but still seemed doable. I would check on the status on the website every few weeks hoping that the status had changed to "in transit" or anything to let me know things were happening. A month before the original date 10 weeks was up I decided to send them an email to check on the status. I received confirmation that the email was received and waited a full week with no response. I finally called the customer help number and was told the suit was supposed to finish construction on July 1, apparently all the suits were delayed by "up to 4 weeks." This meant that the suit would be constructed (not shipped) a full 2 weeks after the wedding about 110 days after I initially purchased the suit. The person on the phone took my information and said the store would contact me when it opened. After it had been open for 5 hours, I decided to call to see what could be done about this. The person on the phone told me "Yea, they don't really tell us about this kind of stuff. I'll see if I can find anything for you." I had to call back twice to get someone to answer the phone, the person said they'd find the guy who was managing the case and he'd call me back. At about 7 at night I got a call from the person saying he couldn't find anything that matched what I was looking for, so I asked to be refunded. He gave me a half-hearted apology and that was the end of my terrible experience, or so I thought. Three days later I get a call from Angel while I'm at work. He leaves me a text telling me to call him. My thought "maybe he figured something out for me so I could get my suit or something anywhere near what I want." I called him when I could, no answer, I leave a text that same day, no answer. Finally I get another call while I'm at work and hope that he'll give me some kind of good news so I answer. All he asks is if I want one of the suits they have, nothing like what I was looking for otherwise I would've happily gotten before the whole custom process. At this point I'm tired of the whole ordeal: no one I talked to made any attempt to try to take some kind of responsibility for the ordeal or even ask me "is there anything I can do to make this right?" I wouldn't be nearly so upset if they had sent me any kind of communication to tell me that there was such a delay so that I might have had time to find something else I wanted and get the alterations I'd need with more than a few weeks to spare. The suits here are nice enough if less than contemporary cuts, but this whole experience has turned me off of it. Take this as a purely personal experience which I hope no one else should find themself in. read more

Went to Suit Supply to buy my wedding suit. When I first walked in November I was intending to buy a custom made suit. To my future wife's delight, the store manager talked me out of that mindset. He allowed me to try on some of the suits in the store and they fit my body type perfectly. He didn't pressure me to buy and actually recommended that I come within 60 days of my wedding. After returning a couple of months later I was helped by Harvey. I was interested in getting a three piece since my wedding is in Hawaii and I didn't want to wear my jacket the entire time but most of the suits in the color I wanted were only two pieces. When I arrived Harvey checked the back and one of the new arrivals was a three piece! It fit pretty much perfect but Harvey helped me pin it to look even better with some minor alterations. I walked into Suitsupply while on vacation in Las Vegas. I did not expect to be blown away by my experience! Exhausted from a full day of shopping, Harvey immediately offered me a cup of the most fantastic tasting espresso. After being re-energized, we moved on to being measured for a dress shirt. Can you believe they have neck size 15 3/4!!! Not only was it a perfect European fit, they have a tailor on site that put darts in the back of the shirt to make it even more custom! They were also able to move out the sleeve cuff button to fit over a watch, all done while we waited. Talk about a customized dress shirt without the 4-6 week wait time! Harvey measured everything perfectly so it was a complete custom fit without paying the custom shirt price. The luxurious travel material was breathable and didn't wrinkle. Fantastic for us traveling in and out of hot weather!! We ended up buying four custom fit shirts. We will definitely be going back to try out their other products, and ofcourse buying more shirts from Harvey and Joel. Bought the suit for my wedding from the Las Vegas Suit Supply. The experience shopping here was outstanding. Upon entering the store, we were kindly greeted by Arjaldo. We told him we were looking for a suit for my wedding and he had me try on a couple of suits. I was amazed at how the suits felt and fit off the rack. Arjaldo was helpful in explaining how the suit should fit and things to look for when trying them on. He also helped with measuring some alterations on the suit. I ended up going with the Napoli, but to this day, I still think about buying the other suit I tried on. I had the suit shipped to my house in California, and had no issues with the shipment. Paige knew what I wanted and picked out a great suit that met my professional needs. She was knowledgable of my alteration needs and was even nice enough to pick out some great shirt/tie combos while I was in the changing room. I know this was an upsell, but who am I to say no.
