The person who "helped" me at the fragrances stopped me as I was going to spray a paper to test and told me "we are going to be smelling the caps." Which is ridiculous and a clear power move. I was so taken aback I didn't really get myself together enough to counter with the fact that this is in fact the WORST WAY to smell fragrances, mainly because I really just wanted him to go away. He was so incredibly bad at his job but honestly it felt like he was being intentionally rude. My husband and I left. I realized when I got outside that I was wearing my hilariously ironic red plastic welcome to Las Vegas visor. Which just pissed me off even more as he clearly judged me based on my appearance and was assuming I wasn't a serious customer. Literally every other experience I had at the crystal shops was wonderful. Gail at the Killian boutique, Anne at the Frederick Malle boutique and Gustavo at the creed store were all incredible and helpful. Sorry Tom Ford you need to train that guy who was working today at ~11 8/16/25. What a complete jerk. I am a perfume HEAD and I was excited to be able to smell all of the offerings and now I just am turned off from Tom Ford forever now. I had a couple of things to return that I had purchased a few days before (had a bad reaction to their cleanser and primer and the foundation was too light) . I was informed that they don't take returns if the product has been opened ...which would be fine except their website says you can return new or gently used beauty products within 60 days of purchase. Not to mention how I am I to know if my skin will react to their products ...I did have blind faith that they would be amazing bc I love their makeup ...but it seems even the Tom Ford store does not stand by their skincare products. I went back in after I saw the policy online but the associate said I would have to come when the manager was there tomorrow...sadly I was leaving the next day and did not have time to do another stop before. Definitely a let down by Tom Ford, I still love their makeup but will be getting it at Nordstrom or Sephora...which, fun fact, both don't carry Tom Ford skincare ...bc I guess they also know it's not as good as their makeup. If you want good skincare go to the Sisley Paris in the same shopping center, the associate there was very friendly and helped me find a couple of products that are amazing. read more

What a great way to end a business trip! I was just killing time before my flight scrolling through Crystals when I couldn't help, but notice the Tom Ford store who is my favorite designer. I love the Tom Ford cut & construction from Zegna Tailors especially since I'm a bespoke tailor myself I walk in & was expecting to just view stuff. The sales Man was so awesome he was advising me which items look better on me in particular which was very helpful because I didn't even plan on walking in. After poor customer service from Tom Ford Beverly Hills, I chose to hop a plane to Vegas. I would highly recommend Bobby if you are looking for top notch customer service. Bobby was very responsive and sent me pictures of all the items I requested. He even flew in another size in the Tuxedo I was interested in. It was the only one in the World at the time, and he wanted to make sure I had both options available when I flew in. Prior to, I was measured by a Tom Ford Tailor from Milan, Italy. I discussed different Twills and weights, and I was dead set on the 15 micron Luxury Twill. When I arrived at the Vegas Boutique, I was taken care of and it was a very wonderful experience. Tom Ford is located on the first floor of Crystals and next to LV. Out of all stores in Vegas, my fiancee was infatuated in coming to Tom Ford to look at suits. I'm still a little confused as to if he wanted me to buy him a suit as a gift or if he was planning on wearing this suit for our wedding... Beats me, but when he tried on the 3 piece, his eyes just sparkled. Just like when I put my engagement ring on for the first time. This Tom Ford boutique is located at the Crystals and is right next to Louis Vuitton which is pretty convenient for any shopaholic. THE STAFF - Although I only came here to buy their makeup brushes, I was astounded by the lack of customer service they had here. I know some people hate to get crowded by sales associates but It felt like the Twilight Zone; no one speaks to you and they are all in their own world. I flagged down a sales associate which was a headache but he made my stay there very welcoming. I only bought their makeup brush set, which I was seriously ecstatic about! This continues to be one of my favorite stores and must go to whenever we land in Vegas. Lovely customer service and friendly staff. Of course I had prepped my go to Tom Ford sales rep, Gena, that I am coming to Vegas to excite my feet and shoe closet. One shoe I was eyeing were the black padlock sandals, which they were out of when I contacted her. As lovely as Gena is, she made sure to have it overnighted from another store so they were ready to try on during my vacation. As soon as we landed, we had dinner and had our chauffeur bring us to Tom Ford immediately. My shoes did not arrive yet but I had a chance to explore other options. Gena recommended the cutest navy blue suede pumps! The next day I came to try on the padlock sandals, loved them and of course ended up getting both the pumps and the sandals. My significant other loves pumps on me and the quality of Tom Ford is of course phenomenal and worth every penny you spend. They are a gorgeous pair of pumps. We were served water while I was trying on all kind of shoes and the manager came out to greet us. She was lovely and very kind! I always shop for shoes and Tom Ford by far has the best customer service! Besides shoes... they have the best men's suits by far, hands down. The clothes themselves were great. I love Tom Ford's designs, so clean and slick. Attitude of the salesmen were NOT. Good God, why does this boutique the size of a matchbox need six people on the floor? The sheer coldness and disinterest of the salesman, along with a good pinch of rudeness drove us to go give our money to Zegna, (who was really super friendly and chill and we had a blast shopping there!) Oh, hey, my shopping partner in jeans and a shirt that doesn't fit? He's my best friend. Owns a private jet. Whatever amount of cars. He loves clothes, especially since he dropped eighty pounds and was so proud to shop in the small section. He loves to fly to new places in ONE set of clothes, namely, whatever he's wearing on the plane, and an empty suitcase and shop, buy all the clothes he needs for the trip there, and go back with them (yeah, I know, how nice.) I spent a good half hour over dinner talking about how awesome the Tom Ford boutique is and what a legend the man is in the world of fashion and the utter snark of the salesman sent us packing pretty quick and made me look like a fool. I was almost positive I had the worst customer experience I've ever had in Las Vegas here at this store... until a few days later when I experienced worse (if it's even possible) at the Louboutin boutique in Forum shops. I'll start off by saying yes, I'm a young guy and I was dressed down in just a t-shirt, camo shorts, and gym shoes from flying in an hour before but I am still a customer no matter what. I told the associate who I finally stopped to help me that I was getting married next year and I wanted to purchase a suit for the wedding. The experience was basically "here try this on.." and a roll of the eyes. I wasn't really flattered by the fit and instead of offering to show me different ones, he suggested that I just go try other retailers assuming I knew nothing about their suits nor could I afford them. Being in Las Vegas there are a lot of tourist, but you should never treat someone so inferior to yourself nor speak to them in a condescending tone. I am glad I took all the money I was ready to spend at this poor serviced establishment elsewhere. Don't judge somebody on what they wear into the store.. I had the money to purchase what I needed but in the end customer service is what lost my business. Maybe the associates here should stop by the Dor boutique in the mall and learn a thing or two about how to treat customers. read more

Three words: Uh May Zing. Best shopping experience in my 40 years to day, not only because of the richness of the fabrics and scents, but equally because of the non-judgmental, accommodating staff. I was admittedly fearful of shopping in a Tom Ford store because I wouldn't meet some pre-determined prejudiced "she looks like she can afford it" criteria. Thankfully no one treated us like that, despite I confess walking into the store with plastic beer cups (we asked if we should leave them outside before we entered). Vinny in womens was so fun! Ladies - trust his opinion. He knows what he's talking about. And Nick in menswear - absolutely outstanding. I wish I could take him everywhere I shopped. Stylish, personable, patient. He spent two hours dressing my husband and we didn't buy anything, at least not yet. We will. Just trying to decide what to start with. I hope Tom himself walks into this store and thanks these guys for being everything in a staff he could hope for. I've purchased from Tom Ford boutiques at Neiman Marcus in San Francisco and Las Vegas and even with an expectation going in, I was surprised by the elegance and attention to detail in the store. The front of the store was designed for gentlemen and it shows -- It's what we all wish our closets looked like. Zac was extremely helpful and since I had no particular item I planned on buying, I was open to trying on quite a few things. Some were good, some were great and some were shock-inducing (not only in price, but also quality.) Nothing felt mediocre. I walked out of the store a little lighter in the pocket but very happy with what I picked up. This is my reason for coming to Vegas. read more

Thankfully the store carries the entire line of fragrance, skincare, and beauty for those who are less flush with benjamins. While the service was somewhat intimidating when I walked in, the moment I displayed any sort of interest or knowledge with the brand was the moment my sales associate realized I meant business. From then on, it was smooth sailing. I gawked at gorgeous scarves, fanboyed over the very VERY popular sneakers (they come in size thirteen? oh lucky me), and admired the store's design before settling with my more frugal skincare and fragrance purchases. The service is impeccable without being pushy. The sales staff know their Tom Ford, and they can fill you in with interesting trivia, such as the fact that the store's interior design was inspired by Tom's Ford apartment. We left with a bottle of Tom Ford Black Orchid cologne. Now, I already love my husband to pieces, but I LOVE him that much more when he's wearing the cologne. Yummy. Even if Tom Ford apparel, accessories and fragrance are beyond your budget, you should still stop by. My love of Tom Ford started when I first watched "A Single Man," his directorial debut. Not only was the film intriguing, well-written, and well-acted (seriously, Colin Firth should have gotten the Oscar for this film, instead) but it's visually hypnotic. From the sets to the costumes to the lighting, it's the work of a visionary. Clothes are so much a part of the characters in the film, why can't it be the same real life? My boyfriend and I ventured in while strolling along the Strip earlier this year. It was more like looking at art than actually shopping. The sales staff is laid-back, but quick to offer help. One saleswoman took the time to give us rundown of all the colognes. Now, I have a very sensitive sense of smell, so I HATE most perfumes and colognes of any kind, but I must say there were a couple in there that even I loved. The Cologne Room itself is a sight to see--circular and lined with glass shelves, it has the feel of a turn-of-the-century conservatory. The store is the epitome of Ford's aesthetic: elegant and classic, yet modern. Gentlemen, if you're looking to impress the ladies (or other gentlemen), you've found your brand. read more

The staff are very nice and they ALL look GORGEOUS in their vests.. looks like the dress code is basically a 3 piece suit - without the coat. GORGEOUS. They told us there are 2 Tom Ford stores in the country right now - NY and Vegas. Bev Hills coming early next year... They are going to be expanding into carrying womens stuff - INCLUDING cosmetics. The general architectural and interior design is very sleek, haute, and makes you just feel like you're in a whole different world shopping, starting right when you walk in. 2. There's a cosmetics section in the back and Gena is AMAZING at customer service. We talked and played makeup for about an hour. If you're not acquainted with Tom Ford's cosmetic line and want the run down plus exclusives, see this location. 3. Plush atmosphere. 2 male staff members I encountered while browsing the shoppe the day after Christmas were very lackluster, disconnected, desperate(for a sale), and immature for this stature of a store and brand. These two young men seemed like they had no real connection to anything or anyone. The manager at this store is obviously Hiring these types of people..
