Roofing LLC) responded within one day, provided a detailed estimate for the repair work and also provided an estimate for an entire reroof. I had a conversation via telephone with Fredy to discuss the details of the project and Fredy was honest in telling me that the roof could last another 2-3 years and be watertight if we performed the repair work as detailed. I appreciate the honesty and prompt response to my request for a proposal. We have scheduled F.E. Roofing to perform the repair work at the end of July and I will update this review after the work is completed. To date, F.E. Roofing has met all expectations, was friendly, professional, and timely. Of the 4 contractors contacted, Fredy responded to the request for repair, 2 responded but would only quote for a new roof (no repair) and 1 didn't bother to respond at all. Their quality of work is fantastic! Very clean, structured, and efficient for putting up this roof on a larger home of 2,500 square feet. We were receiving a lot of praise from our neighbors and those driving by not only at how beautiful the roof looks but how wonderful of a job they were doing. They certainly impressed the neighbors and their work will impress you and yours. I am giving them 4 stars versus 5 stars because they must work on communicating to customers on product orders, delivery, and just updates if plans change, etc. They are well worth the call to get a good price with excellent work. Side Note: Our home is pretty big and tall as it is raised, but you can still see the beautiful shake roof appearance that this 3-layer shingle provided, and it's all because it's the TL shingle which is simply stunning for a modern rustic look.

I strive to…read moreleave fair, honest reviews and as much as I prefer to leave positive reviews, it would not be fair to those reading my review to not provide the full experience. The concrete was poured November 24 & 25 in 2025. On December 11, we received a Notice of Right to Lien from the concrete supplier that Murphy's used for the project because they had not been paid for the concrete. This was a big surprise as we had paid Murphy's in full on November 25. On January 30, 2026, we received a Notice of Intent to Lien from the same supplier as Murphy's still had not paid for the materials they used on our project. On February 12, the supplier notified us that Murphy's paid the bill that day and there would be no lien placed on our property. The lesson I learned is to find out from the contractor which supplier(s) they will be using and pay them directly. To summarize my experience with Murphy's Concrete: They did good work, their customer communication could use some work, and not paying the supplier in a timely manner resulting in the customer being threatened with a lien on their property is a deal-breaker.

After I contact Ryan, he claimed there was some sort of misunderstanding, and he finally paid the supplier 3 months after our job was complete. I recently contacted Ryan and sent pictures of the driveway where there was crack developing just in one area. Ryan said he would fix it, but I had to pay for it! I told him I felt after only 8 months that I should not be 100% liable and we needed to have a conversation. That was the last time Ryan ever acknowledged multiple texts and voicemails even after I advised him to just text me that his decision, not taking any liability, was final. He never did. Just a very poor business practice on his part and I would never do business again with him especially that I had to deal with a lien on our property!!!

The crew came promptly at 7:00am each day and left before 4:00pm, all trash from the days work cleared. If you didn't see the progress on the roof you wouldn't know there was construction going on. The roof was completed on the third day as expected and looks great. I am very impressed by the completed job and professionalism of all involved. They cleaned up every day. And they had our high pitched 2500sf roof done in 4 days with a full staff working where we've seen some neighbors roofs ripped off then the company went on to other jobs, had 1 or 2 workers come do pittance work, excuses and delays, taking about a month to complete. Our neighbors recommended NRC and we will too!
