Todd scheduled promptly and came by, providing me with a very reasonable estimate to repaint my kitchen cabinetry (very dated, worn 90's light oak, unable to be re-stained). The real bonus for me is that they were able to fit me in between jobs so I wouldn't have to wait weeks to get it done, which I really appreciated. I appreciated the detailed invoice, showing what work would be done and in what order. They completed the cabinets per the schedule outlined and even gave me flexibility regarding the start date as I needed to remove old tile backsplash first. After countertop installers knicked the new paint near the bottom side of the cabinet as they were sliding the range back into place, Todd and Russ were willing to come out and touch it up at no-charge. So I looked through several spots, and found that Empire painting is so highly rated, and I can verify that they deserve every compliment. They took care of everything as if it were their own, using tape and paper and drop cloths to protect the floors and counters and window glass, and put on two coats over two days because it was Very Dark before. The kitchen now looks fantastic, and feels twice as large and so open. They finished the kitchen exactly when they said, and the price was exactly what was quoted. And then for a bonus! They had a bit of extra time today, and I hired them to paint the walls in a small bedroom....I've newly moved in and it had a musty smell.
