I had several folks later tell me they would have done things differently (the guidance I had been hoping to get from Kevin). There were frustrations and extra expenses that came up as a result. I did appreciate Kevin's positive, kind attitude, prompt text responses, and initially had a good experience. Later on, however, some things became problematic for me. I experienced a lack of communication and follow through on several occasions, including him saying he wanted to buy me a restaurant gift card (I believe due to my frustrations) and then never mentioning it again. After a few communication issues, I lost confidence in the commitments he made. While I appreciate some of the folks Kevin recommended to me for cleaning and repairs, I ran into some issues there as well so would suggest doing some research if you choose to go this route.
