I've contacted her about my homeowners policy months ago and finally she answered the phone 2+ months later. She couldn't even just say something like my apologies for my staff and I not getting back to you in a timely manner..... Instead, she had no empathy towards the situation as it pertains to the water damage to home that resulted in a flood in the basement. Her response to me was "well you have me on the phone now..... If I don't like the way I'm rude and racist to you then call State Farm and find another agent" and then she abruptly hung up the phone. I have been in an on-going case for more than a year and a half and it has not been resolved simply due to the inability to get on the phone with anyone from the insurance company and when I do each person tells me something different. It has been extremely tiring working with this insurance company and I would spare you or family members the stress of putting any trust in this company.
