Bought a new motorcycle there and had tom wood put a new exhaust on and tuned the bike. Since then the bike will not stay running when cold started. The temp has to be up to 120 before the bike stays running on its own. I'm not really impressed spending over 20k and not having what I should. read more

Greeted by a fantastic staff after having a terrible experience at Flat Out. These guys were respectful, especially since it seems that CERTAIN places do not enjoy seeing guys in their 20s come in to buy their products. These guys went the extra mile and I wanted to make sure I continue the chain they have had of 5-Star reviews because they really are great. WILL be going here for any future purchase. She asked us what we wanted, and my friend said he just wanted to talk price and details. The lady said the price was "X" plus fees. My friend mentioned negotiating and details to which she responded by getting standoffish and rude "THAT'S THE PRICE" in that snoooty I'm the most important person in the world and what I say always goes tone of voice that everyone hates. Worst customer service I've ever had! Was looking to learn to ride a dirt bike and told the salesman I know nothing about them and asked him to point me in the direction of a good bike to learn on (keep in mind I weigh no more than 150 lbs), so he sold me a 250 competition bike without letting me test ride it! found out quickly after I bought it that it has a bad oil leak. (side note - I didn't have a truck so he recommended riding it home and again I know nothing about bikes and I had no helmet!!!) After trying to message the salesman to try and get the matter resolved I got no replies and made my way back to the store where the salesman immediately takes me to the back of the store without word and begins to raise his voice without letting me speak. Needless to say I will never be back! And I will point everyone I can in the opposite direction. read more

Traded up for a ZX14R. It was unlike most of the dealerships I called. They were happy to work with me, and offered trade in values and a price that nobody could match. It was an easy decision. I treated it like I do every dealership and that's to believe that you are always being deceived, but it just wasn't the case here. They were almost too easy to work with. read more
