I also learned that at first one should just drink 4 ounces and then slowly increase. So far, I feel good drinking it, and will keep trying their other flavors. Standard gas pumps, a mini convenience store inside, ice outside, and a little car wash that is good enough to get some of the love bugs and pollen off of your car (as long as they are still fresh). Air pump/vacuum machine outside as well, but pricey. The gas prices are competitive with others nearby. We use this a lot because it's close to where we live.
