Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, the staff was dismissive and rude throughout the conversation. and she hung up on me while I was still on line. Mistakes can happen, but charging patients without any reminder and then handling concerns with poor customer service is unacceptable. I expected much better communication and professionalism from a healthcare provider. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
