Was called in for jury duty and needed a quick and easy lunch today. Tomaso's was setup right outside the court house so I decided to give them a try and they did not disappoint. Went with the chicken philly and it was delicious. The peppers and onions definitely stood out and went well with the special sauce they had. Not sure what the sauce was, but had very good flavor and brought everything else together. Aside from the food, Tom was genuinely friendly and provided excellent service. He even saved me a trip to the ATM. I don't get downtown as much as I used to but if I'm ever in the area I'll be looking for Tomaso's because I definitely want to try the homemade sausage. I LOVE everything I've ever had at Tomaso's! He is located at the corner of Delaware & Eagle Sts., downtown, Monday - Friday. His breakfast sandwiches are, made to order as you wish and, simply, to die for. It has a real egg, cheese, bacon or sausage patty, special seasonings, all loaded on an English muffin. Sometimes, I will substitute the muffin for rye bread and that's awesome, too! He has the best Polish sausage with sauerkraut and chicken sausage with peppers & onions that I've had anywhere! Stopped at the ellicotville fall fest and this was my first food truck choice i got the philli cheese stake in the grass . and it was AMAZING !!!!!!! it was so good that before my family went home for the day i stopped to get another . Tomaso's provided the food at my job's fundraiser and it was absolutely delicious!! Super fresh, hot, and made to order. They use Sahlen's hot dogs so that's another win. Tom (the owner) is super helpful and convenient when assisting in planning the event's details. He truly delivers great service. I have stopped by at Tomaso's hot dog stand almost everyday and the quality and variety of his food is awesome. The food is alway hot and fresh. I love his Italian Sausage and the Godfather sandwich which is his steak and Italian sausage chopped up with peppers and onions smothered with provolone cheese. Yummy. Tomaso's is great! The best street vendor in the City of Buffalo! I eat st his stand at least twice a week and never had a bad meal. Excellent food and service! Tomaso's was at the Amherst Soccer Tournament today. I had the chicken sausage w/peppers and onions. It is so well spiced, I didn't have to add condiments.
