That part isn't in my arena but she did offer a slightly less discount plus she gave me some of the extra sods for free. Otherwise, it was easy breezy. The loaded it on the trailer and we went on our merry way. The grass was 95%+ beautiful, some were a little dry. The way some of the sod was stacked was annoying too because you couldn't just grab a piece cause the other side may be stacked on top of it. All in all, I'm happy with the product and my yard is beautiful again!

After our initial review, Steve (the owner) immediately called to make things right. He offered to come out immediately with his team to fix the issue free of charge. Steve came out early the next morning and quickly got us up and running. While we had a negative prior experience with Penco, the fact that Steve was wiling to stand behind his work / company name and work to make sure we were happy was so important!
