She confirmed with her staff to make sure that they could service my machine in the timeframe needed. I dropped my machine off and they promptly identified the problem. The shop is clean and brightly lit. This made me feel better because everything looks professional. Lisa called later the same day to give me the estimate and approximate delivery date. On the morning of the expected delivery date, Lisa called and told me that my machine was ready and the bill exactly matched the estimate!! I am very satisfied with the service that I received. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend to my friends!
