We will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SHOP, and WILL MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE WE KNOW OF AVOIDS THIS SHOP. One year ago I stopped by this shop for a leak repair on my classic car. Henry had me pull into his shop and repaired it instantly, what's more, he didn't charge me a dime. I returned today for a new exhaust to be bent in the same classic car. Henry was out sick, and Danny took car of the quote and the job. I experienced the same service and same care that Henry provided. All questions were answered concisely on how long it would take and how my car would be treated while there (inside only if overnight). There we no subjective "try" statements. I waited until they finally stopped talking and then said I have an appt for an inspection. The one guy said "our Inspection lady called off sick today - I saw you had an appt, you can come back tomorrow" - Seriously??? if you knew I had an appt, and saw me sitting out there waiting, why not come out and tell me that it wont happen so i can get on with my day - or how about calling me since you had all my info, so again I can get on with my day..........
