Grout was not put in deeply enough so remaining grout is filthy despite constant vacuuming and mopping. Subfloor was removed before installation (i did not know how important it was) and tiles have cracked because there is nothing supporting them. HD Stamford customer service makes you not want to work with them ever. Condescending and rude. They are a disaster, despite the fact that the design team was good.
