There are two Tommy Bahama retail stores nearby where we were staying. The first one is located in Waikoloa at the Queens Market Place. The second is located in the Mana Lani Resort. I went to the Mana Lani store first because I thought it was bigger than the one in Waikoloa. I was wrong. I was looking to buy a shirt for my husband to celebrate our 46 years anniversary. Found a perfect one but not in his size. The lady called the Waikoloa Tommy Bahama store which is bigger than the Mana Lani store and reserved the right size. I went to the Waikoloa store and bought the shirt. Service was excellent in both locations. Expensive shirt but my husband loved it. Mission accomplished. read more

Tommy Bahamas has opened a Marlin Bar in the Queens Market at the Waikoloa resort. Food and service are excellent. Good place for lunch.

Great menu with some high quality ingredients but it's no value. Know that there are many inviting items on the menu and especially the "specials" menu that are heavy on creativity and very light on ingredients, especially protein. The desserts are not to be missed. The ahi tacos were lovely but mostly taco and lettuce. The burger was legit! Service was friendly and available. read more

Went here for dinner on our last night and were not disappointed! We had the coconut shrimp as an appetizer which was very tasty. Then we got the ahi and Waygu steak as our meals. Absolutely delicious! Well seasoned, well cooked, and well paired with delightful side dishes! The ahi has an amazing spice to it--probably some of my favorite ahi I had while on the island! Jason and Jim are the most amazing people! We found out we were shipped the wrong size shirt and our wedding was the very next day. Went to the store and we were immediately greeted. We told them the situation and they both sprung into action. They found the shirt and exchanged it with no issues. Jim was nice enough to even steam the shirt and put it in a garmet bag! Great customer service!!! We even found another shirt that was similar and my fiancée bought that one as well. All in all it was a very successful night thanks to Jason and Jim. Everyone knows the typical Hawaiian shirt that is tommy Bahama... This is what it is. A bit pricey but good quality.

Can't say Tommy Bahama is really my style, but the pair of shoes I wound up purchasing were a surprising find. The store owner (I'm assuming), Doug, was incredibly nice and helpful, as well as being a very sociable person when I was waiting for my father in the dressing room. Prices are pretty consistent with what you'd find at other name brand retailers, so don't expect too much in the way of sale items (I don't think I saw a single thing on discount). If Tommy Bahama is your style (definitely for ages 40+), this store is great. The selection itself isn't going to win any converts, but it certainly isn't as repulsive as the Tommy Bahama clothes that are sold at department retailers like Macy's. read more

I received a gift card as a present so I went here to use it. I would almost rather go to the dentist then go shopping but Mike was awesome. He went over and above to make me feel comfortable. He helped me without me feeling he was pushy at all. He bounced around between 3 customers. If I lived out in Hawaii I would have hired him away from here. A nice location if you are looking for good food at reasonable prices and are willing to forego the beach front locations. We got great service from Henry, our waiter, who helped us make good choices. A little loud and a festive atmosphere so may not be for those looking for a quiet romantic dinner but fun otherwise. I had mahi mahi and my wife had a breast of chicken and we both enjoyed them. Good bar at decent prices. Dessert was a peanut butter pie, which was delicious.
