Trying on an item for size does not give you the right to steal $688.17 through false accusations. When we tried to resolve this in-store, we were met with shocking and aggressive behavior. They refused to provide a refund and used physical intimidation to scare us--specifically by aggressively pointing a finger directly in our eyes while talking to us, creating an atmosphere where we felt threatened, ‼as if they would resort to physical violence ‼if we didn't back down. My son specifically asked about your return policy before the purchase, and your staff explicitly lied, promising 30 days. We have the receipt showing a 7-day policy, which you are now using to trap a student--despite him returning the items in just 48 hours in perfect condition. Response to the owner's false claims: Your claim that the suit is 'soiled or scuffed' is a pure fabrication. The suit was tried on only once for sizing, and the tags remain attached. When we looked at the receipt, it actually says 7 days. Because we knew they were lying, my son brought the suit back in perfect condition in only 2 days--well within the 7 days. The suit was tried on exactly once for size. The paper tags, price codes, and plastic are still fully attached and untouched. Trying on a suit does not give this store permission to rob a student! The staff fabricated a disgusting lie, claiming the suit was "used" just to steal his $688.17 and refuse the refund. They are playing games and cheating customers from the very beginning. Old Navy - Upper Canada Mall…read more I visited the Old Navy store at Upper Canada Mall on December 13 2025 with my family, and unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. One of the staff members behaved in a rude, aggressive, and highly unprofessional manner. This employee constantly followed us around the store, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. While we were talking, they pushed our shopping cart, and every time we picked up an item, they told us in a harsh tone to "put it back." Eventually, the staff member shouted at us for our children running in the store and approached us in a very confrontational and disrespectful way. This behavior was completely unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome and disrespected as customers. Because of this incident, we stopped shopping immediately and left the store. This experience has completely discouraged us, and we have decided never to shop at this location again. I strongly believe management should address staff behavior and provide proper customer service training.

Within this section they have areas that are split up into age groups that are clearly listed at the top of the section on huge banners. The kids clothes here were a little more fun in nature with bolder colours. There were really cute dinosaur playsuits with spines going down the back and a hood. Snuggly and fun! The dinosaurs also came in different colours so you could be a green or a pink dino! One thing I noticed was that the dog mannequin at the front of the store had some of its colour worn away. I think that means it was getting lots of pets which is really sweet. :)
