Offering a shopping bag saves me the trouble of running back and grabbing one especially with all the great sales that they usually have. Being a Hilfiger club member allows me to get even greater deals and even additional discounts on items in the store. Their selection is always top notch and changes frequently so if you see something that you like, it is always best to buy it right away because if you wait it may not be there next time. My family and I love this brand and come here to shop often and enjoy their deals year round. During Black Friday weekend, there is a line outside as they limit the amount of people inside. If you are patient, you can find great deals on clothes during Black Friday. read more

Pretty average nice and clean. Pretty well staffed. When I came here they were having a sale and actually had some pretty good sales going on shirts. In the back the store was a little messy, but it appeared to be typical "trying to keep the clearance stuff looking decent, but people keep messing it up" struggles. The setup of the store is nice and the staff seemed polite, but my entire time in there no one asked if I needed help. I'm not to worried about that because they were busy when I went and it seemed as though they were conscious of where shoppers were in the store and tried to be visible and near for any questions or inquiries. I just didn't have any. No dramatic pro's or cons here. read more

This is for Kids store, I used a coupon and the lady told me to input my email address in order to apply coupon, I asked her if I'm getting subscripted because I don't want more promotions emails (and I used coupon before, they don't REQUIRE my email address, do not why the sudden they needs it now). Anyway she said no, so I entered my email address, and then boom , I got so many emails from Tommy Hilfiger even I tried so hard to unsubscribe it, it still sends email. Don't answer the phone and talk about ice cream when I'm waiting for you... I was on the hunt for some beach towels. My friend had told me that she bought some here for like $10 and they were colorful and HUGE ones. Since I was out at Waikele, I thought why not... it couldn't hurt to check it out. They were having a huge sale and I ended up buying things other than my beach towel... go figure. The beach towels were like $15 but they only had white ones, how boring! Anyway, I went to go check out and the lady rang up my shirts incorrectly. She overcharged me like $10 which I only realized after I swiped my card. She couldn't void out the transaction so I had to go to a supervisor. While all this was happening, my husband was wrangling my son at Zumies and he was waiting for me so he could decide what to get. I was trying to rush out of there but it was just not my day. I went over to the supervisor's till and she was processing the return and in the middle of the transaction, answers the call. I understand that you should always have someone answer the call but honestly, if you're going to talk about your day, how hot it was, and how you want ice cream then it's NOT THAT IMPORTANT. I don't think you should be talking to your friends in the middle of my transaction if it's not related to work. It just astonished me that this was a supervisor and she was setting a bad example for her employees. Oh well... in the end what should have taken 5 minutes, ended up taking like 15 minutes and pissing off my husband. He ended up storming through the store wondering what was taking me so long. I purchased a pair of pants, paid for them and as I was walking out the door the alarm went off. Needless to say quite a loud noise. People stopped to look at me as embarrassed as I was the store manager came over and basically ripped the bag out of my hands. She (Jojo) rescanned the bag and handed it back with no apology. She was rude and lacked professionalism, I was with visitors and they too did indicated the rudeness she portrayed. Would I go back and give them my business? NO. Tommy Hilfiger need to train their employees better. read more

This is an Outlet where's there's a lot of tourists. We went in the store and it was very busy. Great Store.

99% of the time I get good service here. Not too sure what these other reviews are about, but maybe I just come in on the good days? That 1% was for a rude employee at the dressing rooms. My bet is that she's new. My gift card was being odd today but the sales associate and manager took the time to make some calls and eventually made it happen while apologizing and thanking me for waiting. I work in retail as well so I told them it was so problem and thanked them for their hard work and troubles. It was a busy Sunday but not once did they tell me I can't use my gift card or if I wanted to just pay the full amount. That is some great customer service and patience and I could only hope they teach the same to all employees, especially Miss Fitting Room Grumpyface. Suck it up buttercup because retail is a hard teddy bear to hug. I really appreciate the service I get here every time. It's worth the drive from town. read more

BEWARE! Very disappointing. I give no stars. Hello mates, Today I was pretty excited to shop at my favorite clothing brand (Obviously Tommy Hilfiger). It was my last day to shop around because I had to head home that very same night :( . Well anyways, I was walking around looking at some nice woven shirts and I had saw another customer leave his bag hanging on one of the stands. Just as I was about to grab it, an employee had already grabbed it. I thought to myself, "oh she must be going to give it back" but instead she had went to the back of the store (where the sales are ). I kept an eye on her pretending to shop and I was getting suspicious for I knew something was up. The owner of the bag started going around saying "my bag my bag!" in a rather high tone for 5 minutes and next thing you know she comes from the bag after a while and said, "heres your bag, dont leave it alone next time" . When the guy had opened his bag to see if there was anything missing he noticed his an envelope of money was missing and demanded to see the cctv. (yes he was that loud) I had turn my attention back on the employee and she looked very panicky (very suspicious you reckon?) . Just as she hear him say cctv she walked straight to the back (I dont know where) and came walking out with a YELLOW envelope. She went to the guy saying you had dropped it over there where you left it. (which is a lie because i was watching the whole time and nobody is dumb enough to miss a YELLOW envelope) . ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BELONGINGS ANYWHERE . YOU CAN'T TRUST NOBODY! CHEERS MATES ! Description of the employee: Gender: Female Height: about 4 ft.
