I wasn't sure how to go about starting the process as we decided not to go through our insurance company. After visiting the Honda Dealership, they instructed us to call SuperGlass and we are glad we did. Every phone call, text message and email was prompt, courteous and you could tell they wanted out business. We called them yesterday, they found our new windshield (we decided on after market option) and scheduled a time to come out today for repair and calibration. First thing this morning, I received a text from Darius and he was working on the truck within 45 minutes of that phone call. The new windshield was put on and completed within a short while and we are very happy with the work. Darius was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and clean. He let Doug know when he was done and we then received a text from Doug when he was on his way to do the calibration needed on this particular windshield. He was also very friendly and professional. We will always call SuperGlass when we need any glass repair in the future. Great job, everyone. Oh, can't forget about Veronica. It is a small location with 2 car bays, but it's never been a problem for me to get scheduled. Unless something drastically changes in their reviews, I already know I'll be coming back for all of my family's future auto tinting needs.

I called back seven times (10 seconds after her call) to find out when they were actually closing, as it's a 30 min ride from my house. They will not answer the phones after stated hours. My car ended up staying overnight because I couldn't pay for an uber out and back if they weren't going to be there. If you are keeping peoples cars past closing time, you need to answer the phones after you call for pickup. It's not ok to leave people without a car overnight!
