Great food and great service highly recommend the food is delicious, prices are great if you have a large crew.

The service here was good the cashier was nice which started off good. Now when the food arrived and it was downhill is where it went from there. Two meals were ordered a philly steak sandwich with zucchini and fries and a double cheeseburger with zucchini and fries. First the burger. That was lackluster as can be. It's hard to put into words beyond meh. It was flavorless without a hint of seasoning on the patties. And the burger came with more lettuce than it should have. To make matters worse it was the white part of the lettuce stem the bitter stuff. The from fries didn't have any salt on them and yet the zucchini was over salted on both meals. Go figure. On to the Philly. Bland wasn't the word. A sandwich with onions and peppers you'd think again would have some seasonings. Maybe the cook has a thing against them. Who knows, I know I won't be back there for food again. I hope they find the seasonings sections where they shop for their stock in the future. read more

SEMI-QUICK DRIVE-THRU w/ limited breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Tommy's is a good stop if you're craving breakfast and need reasonable pricing. I usually stop by with my Mom to order omelettes, pancakes, and hashbrowns. Typically, all the food is tasty when we visit. However, they've messed up my Mom's orders several times within the last few visits so they need to pay attention a bit more at the speaker. The girl who gave us our food was very professional, she was younger and very personable. Only one older lady over the speaker was rough, service is usually more hit than miss though. It's a good ambiance. Tommy's doesn't have indoor dining, it's an order-n-go establishment that services the local hospital and businesses near Florida and San Jacinto. It can get busy during lunch time, so I would arrive a little earlier before you get hungry. read more

Pros: I have always had no problem with the food quality/portions. I personally LOVE the hot wings and fries. Food is always made to order so expect to wait a little bit but it is worth it! Cons: Small parking lot and the customer service regarding the phone is awful. We've been on hold for close to 10 minutes before or they don't pick up at all. Both of the burritos were extremely greasy and nasty over stuff with potato and a little sprinkle of ham and egg lol I called the manager and she kinda got bother when I told her I was super upset I didn't order a potato burrito or maybe they should call their breakfast burritos potato burritos instead.
