The creamy cheese sauce was seasoned and just completely covered the tender macaroni, 5/5 stars! The service was efficient as you order at the counter and they provide your food in a timely manner, despite the constant arrival of patrons. I've noticed that the majority of orders were for take-out, but I had to dive into the food stat as soon as it was ready out of the kitchen.

And she immediately started gossiping with me and my other family member who were still seated at the booth. She said "See, the Sir doesn't understand that if you come to someone's house there's rules you have to follow, you don't come to someone's house expecting to have your way." I think she believed we were on their side of this situation, and it would have been a decent comparison and argument if we were at a house and not a restaurant. Overall, seems like the type of place to charge you for every little thing.

When she asked for a remake, the manager came out and insulted her to her face, told her that if he remade it it would be exactly the same, then sarcastically asked if she "wanted him to slap down a raw steak on her plate." She said it was fine, kept the food, then later left the table and broke into tears in the restroom. * The Confrontation: After dinner, I approached him calmly to offer polite, constructive criticism based on professional customer service experience (worked restaurants for years in a restaurant my family owned) He became fiercely stubborn, denied the insult, and grew so aggressive and volatile that I had to walk away. * The Staff's View: Tellingly, multiple staff members whispered comments to our group about how awful this manager is to work for. Today we ordered two meals and fried zucchini. We get home after already waiting 30 minutes and we got chicken strips instead of zucchini. When I call they say they don't know about that and she asks what my receipt says. Damn well knowing the receipt does not list anything we ordered, Just the price. Then I ask if they can deliver them and we will give them back the chicken strips. She tells me she's not sure if they can do that and they will have to see... There are four orders ahead of mine.. Etc.. (Doesn't even ask where we live, what if we are the way to one of those other orders?) I also said we wait would wait for the the orders to be delivered.
