The basic wash is $10 and their best $25. They do not offer vacuums, or even ability to get out of your car. You will exit directly onto the road. The car wash itself does not have anyone manning it instead there are signs that tell you to pull forward and when to put your car in neutral. This is the first time I've been to a car wash that does not have someone navigating you in it so I was a little nervous but I had no issues at all. The vacuum that I had must've just been so full or maybe had something stuck in it after the car wash because I did not have a very good suction. The only thing I would encourage the location to add are rags with spray on carts like I've seen at other car washes so people can wipe down the insides of their car without having to buy some thing from the vending machine. I liked how quickly they could fit me in and give my car the full interior and exterior detail right before a holiday. My car was an absolute disaster- bird poo, feral animal prints that the drive through wash wasn't cleaning, something sticky on the passenger door, and three years of white dog hair on a black floorboard. I wasn't expecting the level of literal detail they out into getting all the nooks and crannies inside and out. My car looks awesome and I'll be back frequently to keep it looking good.

Had to tell the guy to re vacuum, I could still see stuff on carpets, clean the review mirror, clean the passenger side wheels (they were gray), vacuum out the back, and more I've already forgotten. My windshield still has spots on it and so does the front of my car. I'm so disappointed! They used to be my favorite full service car wash, but I will never go back there again!

They also offer towels, a place to clean matts that aren't rubber, and some spray cleaner at each station. I was here kind of late on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy. Like most of these automatic washes it does not do a perfect job but if you touch up a few spots yourself afterwards and do the windows by hand it's not too bad. My station was out of towels though (sad face). I'm sure I'll be back because it's in the parking lot next to one of my favorite pizza restaurants.

The location was easy to find and offered both fuel and a car wash, making it convenient to take care of both at the same stop. We filled up with gas first before heading through the wash. Since this was our first visit to a Waterway location, we weren't familiar with how everything worked. The wash itself was straightforward, and after it was finished, we pulled into one of the vacuum and detailing spaces to wipe down the car. A staff member politely informed us that we had parked in an area reserved for VIP members and directed us to the appropriate area for standard customers when we were pretty much done. It was an easy mistake for first-time visitors to make, but the employee handled it professionally and courteously. The facility itself was very clean and well maintained. The vacuum and detailing areas seemed well organized. The prices also seemed very reasonable for the services provided. Overall, we had a good experience despite our brief confusion about the parking areas.
