They admitted that they were responsible for the damage but did not have any money or business insurance to replace them. They agreed to make payments to me (with a signed contract) totaling $1297. They cannot even make a $300 bi-weekly payment. Well, I have only recieved $300 and they are currently $600 past due. After, several calls, texts, and the many excuses, I am tired and frustrated. This company has poor business practices and cannot afford financially the mistakes of their employees. Filing a grievance with the BBB for damages to my car.

The touchless wash is definitely not ideal and requires me to still manually get bug guts and grime off my car. Today, after another "meh" round through the touchless - I decided to try the self-serve bay. As I'm spraying the wax treatment on half my car...it turns off. No warning. I had no clue what time limit my membership gave, so I literally had to drive home with wax dripping and wash off in my driveway. Haven't found another touchless in the area, so now I'm faced with my driveway or the inevitable scratches from the other guy. At least I never left the other guy with yellow soapy bubbles flying off my car into the wind. :(

Not only did they basically rob me of several dollars due to their equipment I assume malfunctioning. Every time I would switch to brush or rinse it took about a minute for it to switch over. I initially noticed this when I turned it on to rinse my car and it used almost half my time before it started giving me any water at all. Then I noticed when I would switch from one function to another such as going from the rinse to brush it took the same amount of time. Effectively doubling my cost to wash my car. Due to this I noticed a flaw in their tech and I'll gladly share it as you basically stole my money. It cost me 13 to wash my car due to your system. That being said if you turn this car wash on it will keep going on the rinse function for several minutes after the timer runs out if you consistently hold the handle down. I probably wasted a few bucks in water just playing around once I was done since I paid for entertainment. I hope this place burns down in a fire is how annoyed I am with this. I had to wash my tiny little 2 door in sections because of how crappy this was. When I went to use the brush it gave me the bare min soap and then it wouldn't give you any more I had to change the function to get more. This place sucks don't ever go here.

Went back today after hearing there was a new owner. Well at least there was warm water and soap, but the dryer head was laying on the wall, no foam conditioner and the no spot rinse did not work. I waited about 25 minutes but it's because it was really busy. When your car is ready one of the employees comes in and calls for you. They walk you to your car and asks you to check and be sure you are happy with the job. They are super nice. I will be back.

The windshield is dry and so is most of the car. They have high pressure hoses to wash your mats and air hoses to dry them off. They also have air hoses at the vacuum stations to blow the water out around your mirrors and other places plus towels and cleaners at each of the vacuum stations. The facilities are spotless. Had the car towed to this shop because we're fairly new to the area and don't know anywhere else, and this is a AAA affiliated shop so we got a bit of savings that way. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the alternator issue, and replaced it promptly. Through no fault of their own the NEW alternator was a dud and died within a week! But, they quickly replaced that under warranty and got me back on the road with no new costs. They even let me pickup a few minutes after hours when I couldn't pickup during business time because of my work schedule. Very appreciative of that because it got me my car back a day earlier than if they'd told me no one would be at the shop then.
