The staff is always incredibly nice. You can't beat the oil change and car wash deal they have, a great value for the money. My one gripe is that sometimes the vacuums work, sometimes they don't- but they're also free as long as you need to use them, so overall, no big deal. Went today for my regular oil change, one of the employees brought donuts for his colleagues and even offered me one! I love this location and will be going to get my car serviced here as long as I'm a driver.

First, I was told by Jakobe to expect a call by the end of the week. I visited the car wash again on May 2nd to ask why I hadn't been contacted yet. The manager verified my contact information was correct (it was), so she re-submitted the report. May 5th I received an email from Kenneth Sandoval saying they aren't accepting liability for damage caused by their car wash. Update May 13th: I'll never go back to a Tommy's car wash again. Subscription cancelled. Horrific customer service experience. Thought this subscription service was a good value, but turns out Kenneth Sandoval and Tommy's just run a scam!

Since it was about an hour and a half walk from my house to Spot-Les, I called to see if they had any idea when the car would be done. It had been done for fifteen or twenty minutes already.
