I filed a claim promptly and provided the details. The response I received stated there were "no mechanical issues" with the wash equipment that day. However, my claim was based on employee direction/error -- not mechanical malfunction. I have attempted multiple follow-ups through customer service, escalation requests, and a Better Business Bureau complaint, but I have yet to receive meaningful resolution. I am simply asking to be reimbursed for damage that occurred while under employee guidance on their property. I hope Take 5 Car Wash chooses to review this fairly and resolve it appropriately.

Then they sent pictures after my car was already broken and tried to say it was "pre-existing." That makes no sense -- of course it looks broken after the damage. The main event featured Cleetus McFarland's ridiculously cool race car and a FREE Walpow food truck, serving smash burgers, fries, and fried pickles galore. And because we're VIPs, we got free snow cones and swag to go with our smash burgers. Members went bananas spinning the wheel for free stuff. As a member, I upgraded to The WORKS wash package, which came with free towels and access to the carpet mat and molded mat washers - basically a spa day for my car. The vacuums were on steroids, sucking up dog hair like it was their job. The compressed air feature was pure genius, getting all the dirt out of the tiny crevices. After the water inspected the vehicle and found small areas that could've been washed better but this is an automated machine. This reason I would recommend getting the towel service to touch up any missed spots. You can join their towel club for $5 a month. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Technicians were attentive, kind, and friendly. Truly professional hard-working staff. This car wash also offers free vacuum service with the purchase of your car wash. They also offer free carpeted floor mat washing. No rubber mats allowed in the machine. The only con I can see is that getting entry into their lot was a little difficult.
