Very disappointed. My side mirror was damaged after the wash. I asked for video footage, but they took 2 weeks to respond. Then they sent pictures after my car was already broken and tried to say it was "pre-existing." That makes no sense -- of course it looks broken after the damage. Instead of taking responsibility, they only offered 6 months free membership, which doesn't cover the repair at all. Not fair for a long-time customer. Hope your car doesn't end up like mine. read more

Great car washes are hard to find, but thankfully, big Dan's has been open in our area for a few years now and it's been a game changer. It has made other car washes in the area step up their game as well. I love the fact that you can clean your car basically detail it if you want from the outside all the way through to the inside. They have everything you need from scrub brushes for your rims to sprays and drying towels. The vacuums do a great job with powerful suction, but whatever they don't get off you can use the mat cleaner to finish it off. read more

I rarely write negative reviews on local businesses, and would normally not waste time or energy on issues like this, but given how this particular location has handled seriously damaging my car with zero regard or concern for their wrongdoings, I will make it a point to never give them a penny of my business again. If I could give zero stars I would. I had to insist on an incident report with the manager on duty who asked "what for", as he toggled with the mirror dangling from the bracket. From there, they took me on a 2 week wild goose chase for them to finally call and say they lost the incident report. They needed me to come in a second time to give them my copy of the report and info. The very next day and a poor Google review later the district manager finally calls and falsely claims I had pre-existing damage and they're not liable. I mentioned to Eric the recent 1 star review's under mine documenting the same horrible experience, the lost incident report, the two weeks of radio silence, and he basically told me they had no wrongdoings and to make a civil claim if I feel I need to... do with that info as you'd like. read more

Drove from NH to FL and stopped to clean the salt-covered truck. After paying for the basic wash, I was told to back out and "prep" my truck. I followed the posted prep instructions exactly. When I reached the wash entrance, the attendant abruptly told me my truck was too dirty and refused to run it unless I manually scrubbed and rinsed it first. I asked, "Isn't that what a car wash is for?" He wouldn't budge. Since I had already paid, I had no choice but to wash my truck myself at their prep station before being allowed through the wash. If I hadn't paid, I would have left and gone elsewhere. Confusing process and rude service. If your car is actually dirty, beware. read more

Problem with this place is the person at where you check in is there for one reason only and that's to con you into becoming a member and they get a commission for signing you up. Problem is it can be 100 degrees out and you have wait several minutes for the person in car in front of you listens to the hard sell. Terrible customer service. Not letting a subscription come through with the car having a ceramic package every single month. Credit card declined because of fraud. They would not allow one courtesy wash until I figured out the account. Lost a client for two years and a nice Tesla and referrals. I went here for 1 car wash, I gave the young man my credit card as I was entering, he offered me a monthly membership, I declined, I found out a month later he signed me up anyway, the next month when I was charged $17.99 for the monthly membership I called Big Dans, after several messages I was told they could not credit my card for this. the only way to resolve this dispute was to directly dispute it with my credit card company. what kind of company can't just resolve this when the error was done by their employe? or is this just another way to "scam" people? thankfully I look at my credit card bill every month! the car wash might be good, but the business itself is not trustworthy. read more

They have everything you need to clean your car to perfection. $10 for a normal one time wash or $15 a month for unlimited! Each self service station has everything you need; 2 types of vacuums, window/glass cleaner, disinfectant spray, air pressure spray, towels for cleaning and drying, mat cleaners and so much more. I went to Bradenton at 7:25pm, no clean towels. Dissapointed. Ask an employee and gave me an used, wet towel.

No place is ever perfect... but the people, everyone who works here, STRIVES to be perfect. And that's a great start for a 5 star review. Then there are the amenities, Almost anything you need to get the inside of your car clean is available. I do wish there was a powerful degreaser that can cut through tar available for the exterior. The car wash programs that Big Dan's offers are very fair. When I go on a trip I just swing by when I return and I have a clean car. The water they use leave almost no spots. I'm not sure how they do that but they do. Great to feel you can leave Big Dan's feeling like you are in a nicely kept vehicle. read more

Mitch was a tremendous help. He helped us with explaining all the tools available to clean our sons car and our car at the same time. He went above and beyond to provide my wife with a pair of rubber gloves to protect her nails. I can't say enough about how great the service was at Big Dan's. State of the art self-service stations (About twenty of them) let you vacume, clean windows, floor mat cleaning, blow away dust in vents, and wipe your car down with towels.
