The amazing thing is that they even have the Google suggestion of waxing on a sign in their lobby that says you DO NOT wash the car after it has been waxed for at least a week to 10 days. I asked to get a refund or to actually have my truck waxed and they told me to leave or I would be arrested. These people are nothing but scammers. They didn't even do a good job with the polish. It looked disgusting on my truck smeared and all uneven. Clearly they did not care about making a customer satisfied. I did not feel I was asking too much. I just wanted what I paid for. Coming through the dryers I noticed a foot long crack in my windshield directly in front of the steering wheel from the top down. I immediately pulled aside and filed a claim. After 2 weeks of no response, I contacted them again. They denied the claim telling me that I could get my windshield replaced for free by my insurance company. Really, someone has to pay for it. This business accepts no responsibility for any damage done by their equipment! Beware!!!
