Starting with the dispatcher who was polite, reassuring and smart. She figured out that the rental company put the pickup and drop off directions in the system backwards and she called me to confirm. Minutes after hanging up Chris, our operator, called to tell me he was on the way and would contact me when he arrived. 15 minutes later he was there. He offered to fix the issue with fob and called the rental company. They said just return it so he did. Chris stayed in contact with me the next few hours while he swapped cars for us. Chris was extremely helpful, polite, and kept every promise he made to me. This could have been a disaster but thanks to Morris we can enjoy our trip.

I was coming home after a long food and bev shift. I found some young friends stranded at the intersection. They spoke little English and my Spanish is considerably worse .
