The area most definitely attracts natural bugs, birds, and probably too much sun which ends up ruining the crops, right? If it was indoors, instead, it could be cool and more monitored and automatic sprinklers could be added and the community can just pay a small fee for the upgrade. The roof of the green house could be solar powered and could be used to keep the place lit if needed at night or early morning or in the day; and it the can have power for the eco now building too. Find ample parking on 8th St although there is also a smaller dedicated lot on 9th St. I can't wait to visit the bulk food grocery that will be replacing the Urban Outfitters in Costa Mesa's Anti-Mall.
