Her first words without even an introduction to whom she was "What are you doing here? You belong in geriatrics! Then she told me that Dr Westhusing didn't know what he was doing. She changed my thyroid med from 100 mg to 112 mg and sent it to pharmacy. By the time I got home there was a message on my machine that she meant to change it to 88mg. It was an oops. I have been on a pain regime for years that Dr W got me balanced out to. I only took the drugs when over the counter and/or heat did not do the trick, so now I am trying to get it filled again and instead she is trying to get me on OTC Lidocaine instead. I ask for PT in water at Healthplex and she refers me to Oasis Behavioral Health. I am at her office for an appt and in exam room for over an hour before she comes in. No excuse, no I'm sorry. The only thing I can say positive about her is Fantasy, her MA is fantastic.....

I'm always able to get my family in on the same day if they are open. The doctors always spend a good amount of time with us and I always leave feeling my questions were answered. They are also not apprehensive to send you to specialty clinics which is very refreshing. The staff is always very friendly and the facility is always extremely clean which is important at a doctors office. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a family clinic.

I got attitude for not knowing their policies (which aren't posted ANYWHERE) about how soon we have to come into the office after they call us in (I got a random work call and answered it before going in) and they threatened to put my 5 YO back on the 2 hour wait list. The person who drew blood on my 5 year old looked annoyed when she found out it was her first time - which was horrifying for an already scared kid . Finally, they just canceled one of the drs orders without even letting anyone know or giving any reason. While some phlebotomists obviously are better at hitting the vein without causing pain, I've never had one be absolutely rude to me, until today. I was out running errands, getting pre-op appointments and lab work done and I went to the main lab on Grandridge. All I needed was a simple blood draw, one vial, literally just a few seconds of work. I made the HORRIFIC mistake of showing up 10 minutes before they were "closed" according to the sign on the door. Now, all my paperwork was in the system, my insurance cards were presented, no muss, no fuss. I made a phone call while waiting. As soon as my name was called, I was preparing to say good-bye. I held up my finger (international "one minute" signal) and literally said "I have to go". before I disconnected the call. I wish I could remember the name of the person who stuck me, I just remember it had a y in it. Anyway, she has the gall to tell me she doesn't have a minute! She can't wait, because they were supposed to have closed at 5! Wow! I asked her if she had somewhere else she had to be and she said yes, at home, feeding her hungry family! Gee, I'm sorry to inconvenience you by having you do your job, lady! Thanks for making me feel so insignificant! I guess everyone should be as rude as you are! I SHOULD have just hung up on the person I was talking with, mid-sentence. Heck, I probably should have just skipped the lab work all together since it was actually BEFORE 5 when I showed up, but I guess that means the time you all want to get your butts out the door, not actually the time the doors close! How about this, next time, think before you snap at someone! The technician (I wish I got his name --he had glasses & light skin) was completely annoyed that I brought him with me. I had my son maintained while the technician was getting prepared, but it took him 15mins to fully be ready. Mind you, I'm normally in & out of there. My son was getting impatient and started being fussy. Once he finally started, the blood work. He told me make sure your son does not touch me. I said okay. Then he says it again... & again. So, what does my son do... My son almost touched him, but I was able to make sure he didn't. That really irritated the technician & he tells me, "Why did I come alone? If you can't control your son" I got angry & said he was fine when we came in you just took forever getting started. The whole thing took 30mins just to do bloodwork. That guy was such an ASSHOLE. Who tells a mother that. Because of that I'm never going there again. So disrespectful.

We needed a professional opinion on a possible structural issue with our relatively new home. Eric was very professional and knowledgeable, but what impressed me the most was that I felt as if a family friend was over to guide me on the best course of action. Eric was very personable and wanted to make sure I understood what was taking place and that things were safe for my family. He also went the extra mile to check out some other common issues with things like the furnace and had some recommendations on what to look out for. Im not the 'review type' but I had such a positive experience I had to write something up. I will be recommending pillar to post to all of my friends and family.
