They then kept me there for hours only to tell me the car wasn't drive-able, had serious problems and they would probably just auction it off. Of course they had another vehicle for me to test drive. Only 5 grand more. And more "like what I was looking for". The car that won't drive is still listed online at a "great price". I would stay far away from these fraudsters.

After the sale, I discovered the vehicle had already been registered with GM on 5/5/25, which reduced my factory warranty by almost four months. While reviewing the paperwork in the glove box, I found the official Oklahoma registration, which clearly listed the car as a "Dealer Demo." This was never disclosed to me during the sales process or paperwork signing. Had I known this upfront, I would not have purchased the vehicle. To make matters worse, on the very first day I owned the car, multiple error messages and warning lights appeared, and it already needed to go into the shop. I raised my concerns with management and requested either to return the vehicle or receive a financial adjustment. At one point, I was told the dealership would unwind the purchase if I removed my reviews. I did remove them in good faith, but the dealership later told me that the rollback could not be done after all. From my perspective, this shows a failure to disclose important information that directly impacted both the value of the vehicle and my warranty coverage. I gave Patriot Chevrolet the opportunity to resolve the situation fairly, but they chose not to.

What a nightmare experience!…read more I feel like I experienced old school bait and switch. The salesman either flat out lied to me or I am not sure what. I specifically asked what the difference was between a base model and a premium. He said let me check and went inside to check. He came back out and he told me that upgrading to the premium provided extended range. I based my ENTIRE purchase decision on this detail. This was not the case. The premium vehicle I purchased does not have the extended range. Please do not trust their salesmen and just drive to Tulsa if you need a Ford.

I had been informed that I was having a head gasket issue and Madden Auto would be a fantastic place to take it for the fix. I was delighted and had my car towed to Madden with hope. Madden Auto agreed that the head gasket was the issue and therefore did their best to fix that. My car, being incredibly stubborn, foiled all of Madden's attempts. I am pretty sure that this car somewhat traumatized both me and Madden Auto Repair for life! Numerous issues continued to appear and were almost always completely outside of our control making this project seem impossible. Until, Madden Auto made the decision that changed my life, and they bought my car a 'new' used engine. They informed me that not only had they made this decision, but also that they would be helping me with the cost because of all the difficulty. Madden Auto charged me an unbelievably fair rate, far less than I could have received anywhere else. I cried and hugged Vicki tightly as I received my car keys. Madden Auto was incredibly fair, honest, and kind and genuinely gave me one of the biggest gifts I have ever received. I truly want everyone to be aware of this amazing shop and their incredible work. As someone from a completely different state and a young college student, I could have been easily taken advantage of. Madden, however, took care of me like family and I would be completely lost without them. This shop is the epitome of honest, kind and truly a gem.
