Anyways, my keys were not connecting to my car and my tire service warning light came on and they couldn't figure it, ran tests and still couldn't. In my opinion, my experience with Patriot Chevrolet has been extremely disappointing. I purchased what I believed was a NEW vehicle on 8/21/25. After the sale, I discovered the vehicle had already been registered with GM on 5/5/25, which reduced my factory warranty by almost four months. While reviewing the paperwork in the glove box, I found the official Oklahoma registration, which clearly listed the car as a "Dealer Demo." This was never disclosed to me during the sales process or paperwork signing. Had I known this upfront, I would not have purchased the vehicle. To make matters worse, on the very first day I owned the car, multiple error messages and warning lights appeared, and it already needed to go into the shop. I raised my concerns with management and requested either to return the vehicle or receive a financial adjustment. At one point, I was told the dealership would unwind the purchase if I removed my reviews. I did remove them in good faith, but the dealership later told me that the rollback could not be done after all. From my perspective, this shows a failure to disclose important information that directly impacted both the value of the vehicle and my warranty coverage. I gave Patriot Chevrolet the opportunity to resolve the situation fairly, but they chose not to. read more

I got a promotional flyer in the mail and it had a pull tab On it, and it said that if I matched the symbols, I could be a winner. There Was a number on the flyer that you could call and check your confirmation number to see if you won. I called the number and it was an AI voice.So I ended up calling the dealership directly to see if it was a scam. The guy on the phone said , no , it's not to just come to the dealership and ask for jake and see if my number matches one on their board and that I would be a winner if it does. I asked , "so i'm not obligated to buy a car , correct?" He said no. So I decided to drive over to the dealership , to check my numbers to see if by chance I was a winner. When I got there , I was immediately asked for my driver's license. I asked the the salesman why he needed my driver's license before I even found out if I won anything. He said that's just procedure. I reluctantly gave him the license because I was curious to see if I won.And of course I didn't. He then gave me a suspicious scratch ticket and told me that I could take it to any gas station or any place that sells lottery tickets and scan it to see if I won. I went out to my car sat for a couple seconds and thought about not leaving without getting my Driver's license information and the papers that he copied and wrote on with my info on it. I decided to go back in and request that he give me my information back Because I did not want it on file. He gave it back to me and I left and immediately went to a QT to scan the lotto ticket. It would not scan because it's not a legit Scratch off ticket. The Clerk at the QT said that they are able to process any lottery ticket for the state of oklahoma , and she said that I would have to go back to the dealership and ask them if it was a winner. So i'm writing all of this to say that the whole experience felt off. Before he would even check my confirmation code to see if I was a winner after I insisted that he just verify if I won; he immediately started asking me what kind of car I drive, if it was paid off , and if I was willing to sell. I immediately replied, "no I do not want to sell my car.I just came here to see if I won from your promotional mailer." He then proceeded to ask me what year the car is and how many miles I had on it and what if he could get me a vacation and some cash for the car. I should have taken that as a red flag immediately. I know , it is car dealership , and he's got a job to do , but it felt really off. So that's ultimately why I decided to go back into the dealership and get my information to not be on file. While the experience we had was some time ago, yesterday I discovered they had run our credit without permission. Trying to purchase a truck, had the truck picked out, just trying to come to terms on price. They paraded so many people into the office we were in, was absolutely ridiculous. They add warranties and gap insurance to price, neither of which we told them we wanted. When we told them to take them off one of the people in the office looked at us as if we were stupid and stated I don't know why anyone would not want it. The salesmen will show you a very nice reliable car and find some excuse why they can't get you financed and then have one, a PoS, on the lot that you can get into. Classic bait and switch! My daughter got conned into a 2024 with a broken windshield and promised one year of unlimited oil changes. REALITY: Only 2 oil changes, not unlimited, and as for the windshield, it's been nearly two months and they conveniently did write that into the contract. Not only has my daughter got a car that is starting to fall apart and was charged over 6k more than the book value but now she has to pay out of pocket for a $1500 windshield. Worst experience I have had with a dealership and would give less than 1 star if I could. They price everything online way low but have so many hidden fees or requirements that they are 2-4k dollars more than other dealerships when all said and done. I had to argue and prove from previous emails to get them to honor what they told me they would the day before. Took them 3 days to respond with a video and couldn't send through email supposedly wasting my time. They want you to finance with them to get the good deals that they post online. They also try and sell you a $5K coverage for repairs and say you can cancel it later but is a shady tactic knowing you can't cancel it that easy and even if you do they collect the monthly interest on the money. They should be investigated for their fake claims online by the BBB. This place reeks of shadiness and corruption. Their final response to me in email was pretty much a nice way to say fuck you we don't care. I am glad I backed out of the deal at the end. My girlfriend and I bought a car from there. We had it a couple days and the transmission felt like it was slipping. My girlfriend brought it back and they took it in the back and brought it up front and the problem was solved. I ended up asking them what they done to it because the problem just don't fix itself and they said they did nothing to it. I ended up looking around in the cab and found out they stole items out of our car. I told them about the theft and they said there's nothing I can do about it that was on me. My transmission is now Slipping in first second and third, and found out we needed a new transmission so they lied to and stole from us. They sold my parents a 2019 dodge caravan that had been previously wrecked. The van had a few issues that they said would be under warranty. We had to take it to a Tulsa dealer (because it was closer) to fix the issues and the Tulsa dealer said it was way worse and UNSAFE TO DRIVE. The Tulsa dealer's words not ours. Patriot said to bring it back and they would work it out. Their solution was to sell my parents the exact same year, make, model, and trim package van for $7,000 over the market value. Plus it had 20k MORE MILES on it than my parent's current van. So instead of doing the right thing, they tried to upsell my parents into the same van at an inflated price. In total, they attempted to squeeze $20,000 more out of my parents than when they came in to fix the UNSAFE Van Patriot sold them in the first place. I called them out on it and we walked out. My parents are still driving an unsafe car that Patriot sold them. Patriot are Crooks to the core. Do not deal with them. We will be contacting the better business bureau. read more

I showed up with a pre approval for $15K, at $370/monthly payments. I told them I was looking for a vehicle within certain stipulations, per the terms of the loan. It was a first time auto loan, so it had to have 75K miles or less, 2016 or newer. Decently hard stipulations, a needle in a haystack. Well, found a car here that was $1K more than the loan. They refused to lower but told me they were more than willing to call TTCU to negotiate the terms. They collected my information for what I assumed was that call. They never ended up calling, they actually ran my credit without my permission (HARD pull. Not soft.) for a specific car I hadn't even asked to see that was $25K. Not even the $16K car! They pressured me into test driving it by telling me if I didn't buy their car they would fill my tank since I was borrowing a car to get a new one, brought it out and the front right tire was flat, it had been hit on the left side and had a huge dent (the same spot I was hit on that made mine be considered totaled... the entire reason I was getting a car) ((my original car was a 2018 Hyundai Elantra, this was a 2020), and it was $500+ a month. Moral of the story: DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I do NOT recommend. The only reason I give one star is because I absolutely have to. We did go back for free gas, they gave attitude about it but we got that. I wouldn't go here at all, especially if you value your sanity and your credit score. read more

*LONG REVIEW* If I could give them negative stars, I would. My experience was horrible and reminded me why I absolutely hate dealing with car salesman. Our actual initial salesman was chad, and while he was nice, he could barely answer the questions about the car that I was test driving. I absolutely loved the one that I test drove, and was open to them running my credit to see what they could possibly get me financing wise even though I was fairly positive that they couldn't beat my banks interest rates. When we got done test driving, we went back to the office and it was just downhill from there. From the moment we got in to the office, the pushy-ness started really gearing up. I told him the price I was comfortable paying, the term that I was comfortable paying, basically what I had researched for months and decided that I was comfortable on. They tried to push a payment that was legitimately twice over what I said I would do. I told them no. Chad, in a typical chad fashion, thought my No was the start of his negotiation, and said, "ah come on you gotta work with me." no, sir. I do not. You have to work with me as I'm the one possibly buying a vehicle. He brought in the person above him to basically try to berate me and treat me like I was a dumb woman who was too stupid to realize she was being swindled by slimy car salesman. They priced my trade in literally $5000 less than what its worth and what I can get elsewhere, and did get elsewhere. I wouldn't have known this at all had I not demanded multiple times to see the ALL the numbers- my inretest rate, trade in value, msrp on the vehicle I was interested in- which they were very reluctant to provide me. I never once got to speak to the person making the decisions even though I asked to multiple times. And, when I finally said my hard no, they decided to let me know it was a mistake and this car wouldn't be there for long. If that were true, it wouldnt have been on the lot for a year already. Again, I told them no, but couldn't get up and leave because one was blocking the door while the other was trying to bully me in to purchasing the vehicle. So, I sat back and stared daggers, refusing to break eye contact, in to the flat top jerk who kept trying to tell me "it's wholesale for wholesale. we can take this and get 8000 to 9000 over book at auction." so, especially the ladies, avoid these jerks at all costs. They will screw you at every turn and not listen to a word you say while being completely patronizing and condescending. I was looking for a new truck and found one online that Patriot Chevrolet had for sale. I called and spoke with a salesman to find out about any extra fees that they charge for a purchase. I asked that if I brought a cashier's check for the amount that they had listed would be enough and told NO. The online price that they show is given that you: 1) trade in a vehicle and 2) finance the vehicle through them. If you paid cash it would be an extra $3,000 on top of their document and dealer fees. Elderly Fraud! My father went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle however when he got there the car he went for was already sold. My father was in the beginning stages of dementia and got confused easily. He was talked into getting a fully loaded SUV! He didn't need this kind of vehicle and I believe this dealership was just trying to get rid of it! He put 7,000 cash down and the remaining balance was with a interest rate of 23%. Tuesday- my father PASSED away (he was an ill man) Wednesday-trying to move vehicle, it BROKE down again. It had to be towed to dealership. I've talked to multiple different people(some friendly and some rude) at this dealership and no one wants to give us answers. All we get is the run around. Drove 2 and a half hours to see a 2014 RAV4 AWD limited listed online. Got to the dealership and see the car and it clearly has flood damage all throughout the car, even up to the windows. There was dirt and rust all throughout the interior of the car. They pulled the CarFax and it had no report of flood damage and they claimed they had no idea. It was obvious as soon as I saw the car. Shame on them for trying to sell flood damaged cars and not telling buyers. The sales guy didn't say sorry, thank us for our time, or even say bye, he just walked away. Also, look at their recent reviews on Google. They have 65+ reviews in a 24 hour time span, that are all very similar. Sold me a car that they couldn't sell. Knowing the other side of a trade in deal fell through they still sold it to me. They said they wanted to clean up the car and clean it out for us and they would contact us in a couple of days. So 3 days went by with no call so I called and they said it was going to get cleaned out that Friday which was 4 days after I bought it but I was okay with it. Well come Friday they didn't have it ready and they just keep pushing it back saying when it would be ready. I went in their almost a week after buying the car to find out why I couldn't have it and they said the title was coming in the mail or that's what they said but they said all this about it would be their in Tuesday a whole week after buying the car. I show up Tuesday and they Didn't have it so I told them I wanted my money back. They showed us another car that had a bad leak in the top which was not what we wanted we wanted a small 4 door car good on gas for my girlfriends first car. Well after talking to the branch manager about getting my money back I had a little issue that I paid my money in cash and they have to go get a check not get cash like how I paid. It gets better I had to wait 6 hours to get it which I don't live close so I would have to drive back and I had work in 3 hours finally they went and got me a check for my money but overall it was a bad experience I will never buy from a dealer ever again neither will my family. this review is a long time coming but finally getting around to warn people of this dealership. found a SUV i liked and specifically told the salesman that i DID NOT WANT any vehicle that had a eco engine also known as a stop/go where the engine shuts off when you come to a stop & then starts back up when you apply the accelerator. the salesman told me that this particular vehicle did not have that feature on it. the manager said that to put my mind at ease he would sign off on the purchase contract that the vehicle did not have this feature. i was just about to sign off & buy the SUV when something told me to hold off & i asked if i could take the car home to drive it around a little more. after getting it home i tested out the car & realized that it indeed HAD that feature. it was very evident on the tachometer & after listening quietly to the engine you could also tell. went back the next day & told them i wasn't buying the car. i don't like being lied to & either they are very incompetent there & don't know their stuff which is hard to believe or they are dishonest. anyways, would not buy from these people & i ended up buying from another dealer. read more
