Robbie and Gene were friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me an incredible deal on rear speakers and a subwoofer for my VW Beetle! What made the experience even more pleasurable, is the fact that Sound Trax had me come, the previous day, to do the same job for way more money, but then gave me some story about how much time it would take to access the rear speakers! Gene and Robbie did the same exact job in record time, in less than three hours, they pulled out the rear seat, installed kicker speakers, a Mephis Subwoofer, with onboard amplifier, for hundreds of dollars less than Sound Trax quoted! Never again, will I waste my hard earned money at Sound Trax, when Jazz Audio is just blocks away from it... They truly know how to treat their customers at Jazz Audio! ! None of my steering wheel features were able to work as well due to the radio they installed. When I put in a dispute with AMEX for my deposit I got a call from someone at the store yelling at me! Why are you yelling at me when I paid money to have you install a radio that should have worked and not caused my car problems.
