Yeah, everyone always tells me that Lubbock is boring, but it's only boring to the students who don't know how to have fun with limited means. Lubbock is exciting in its own personal way that it doesn't need to be compared to other cities for recognition. The Garden is like that in a sense, it has a laid-back atmosphere, no other club in the area is like it. On Saturday mornings during the Farmers Market, it is a nice chill spot to get out of the sun. Drink mimosas and a food truck on sight that sells breakfast burritos. At night, this place is great! A live band, food trucks, open bar, patio games, and picnic tables. Yeah, it's relaxed. Oh, and the music they play reminds me of my high school and younger days when I adored the rock alternative genre.
