If you want to make your neighbors angry Epic Landscaping and Tree Service is the company for you!…read moreTree services will begin before 7 A.M. for a background soundtrack with your morning coffee, (if you are out of bed already). They will also drive their heavy trucks and equipment through your yard, to save them time from driving around the other side of the property they are working on. NOTE: Hot Pink survey marker flags, marking the property boundary lines, need to be billboard size if this company is to be hired by you. Standard size won't work- or, perhaps every employee is color blind. That could be an issue. Then, they will park their trailer, loaded with huge tree trunks on your property, leaving ruts in the yard, because the driver can't take a curve!
Now, you may think that the above issues are enough for irritating a neighbor but you would be wrong! Another day the mulcher crew may come out and proceed to mulch said neighbor's tree, without being asked! Well, that neighbor is just being silly, you might think, if trees are in close proximity then it's understandable that mistakes will be made, (I mean generous gifts of mulch!) That's very true, but watch your neighbors trees 50 feet away from your property line too, (boundary flags still waving in the wind)! Oh, also, please tell your neighbors to not identify trees on their property as "their trees" because they will be told, "They are God's trees!" I guess that means Epic can do whatever they want, where ever they want, since technically, all land, trees and plants are God's. Just make sure you let your neighbors know before you hire Epic.
Also, if your neighbor calls to complain they will be told, "Sorry, and we have a great reputation and we've been around for 20 years".
So, as long as you notify your neighbors, or stand as supervisors to the Epic crews, then hire them! You may want to double check your insurance coverage too, since safety gear was not visible on any of the employees during tree trimming and whole tree removal. (Maybe they all had steel toed boots, but not sure).
