While things were not able to be fixed right away, they spent a lot of time squeezing my car in with their appointments. I was feeling pretty sad and worn out after waiting by the side of the road to be towed for over two hours-my phone was dead and I hadn't eaten or had water. They let me use their charger, gave me water, and dropped me off a my hotel with assurances that they are going to finish the car as soon as they have the part in the morning. I had a pretty tough day, but their kindness and helpfulness made things a little brighter.
