First, we have been customers here for years. I went in a few weeks ago and purchased some celebration grass seed to seed some bare spots. Bought several pounds and spent around $200 on it. Planted it and followed their instructions on keeping the ground moist for the first couple of weeks. It had been over 15 days and not a single sprout had come up. I called and told them this and asked if they had some sod so I could put that in the spots. They said they did have some and my wife and I drove there. When we arrived, probably 30 to 45 minutes, they said they had sold it all and did not have any. I told them about the grass seed and they showed no interest in what was wrong. Was the seed bad or what. Well, it obviously was. The main lady that is always there was at the front desk and never said anything. Customer service is non existent here. There are nursery's closer to our house that we will take our business to from now on. They lost a long time customer and we will let everyone we know about our experience with them. FIND A BETTER NURSERY CLOSE TO YOU THAT REALLY CARES ABOUT WHAT THEY SELL AND THEIR CUSTOMERS. read more

All it would have taken was a simple conversation to help us understand. Instead the 'manager' decided to cuss out my mother in law and treat her terribly over a misunderstanding. We went to the store several times trying to decide on what type of trees we wanted to plant in our yard. The staff was very patient with our multiple trips and asked us enough questions to make a good recommendation. They even directed me in a less expensive direction that better fit my needs. They gave us a timeline for when they could plant the trees and were on-time. Every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. Saw that this place had great reviews! I have a huge backyard project that I needed done. Attempt 1: Went to the store and asked for their architect. Lady told me to call a number. No one willing to help. So I left. Attempt 2: Talked on the phone for some details. Architect came looked around. Didn't care for anything I had to say. He left. Never heard back. Unprofessional staff! We put an order in for 12 trees, were told we would be put on a call list, never received a call. Went to Tom's tree place and bought another tree and casually asked if the trees we ordered had arrived. The girl at the counter said she didn't call because she said she didn't think we would like the price. This is completely inappropriate behavior and shows a huge lack of customer service. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Don't shop local here! read more
