I love her Tower, Yamuna, and TRX Pilates classes. She has been a fitness instructor for many years and keeps the energy up and positive and humorous but also uses expert clinical direction for body movements and alignment. She has a keen eye for proper form and offers personal adjustments which is my favorite kind of instructor. You will see and feel results when you start coming to her classes. I also love Jennifer's jump and Power Tower classes. I can feel every muscle working and it's a guaranteed solid workout. Plus she's so kind and friendly and the classes have great sequences. I purchased a package of private Pilates sessions with Teri as a gift for someone else and they absolutely love her attention to body movement and how their body feels after a 1:1. They say there is so much more awareness throughout the day of body position and posture and that they make corrections for better support. This place is a gem-- I don't mind the drive from St Paul in rush hour to attend any of the classes here. The instructors are high quality and very well trained.

At other locations that I've been to in the past, I've always gotten good care but never much liked the facilities and always felt like I was coming back too many times. At Maverick, you're in a small office on the inside of a gym. So, I did my consult (for my elbow) inside the office. You've got privacy and are not around a bunch of other patients. Then, we went out into the gym to work on exercises that Mason wanted me to do at home. The gym was an actual real gym with power lifters and everything. So, you're around a bunch of healthy, strong people and that sort of rubs off on you. Once we finished the routine Mason wanted me to do at home, we went back into the office to talk it over. He said he didn't need me to come back unless I felt it necessary so long as I kept doing the exercises. Then he followed up over email a couple of times to see how things were going and give me the written exercise program. It's a few weeks later now and my elbow is feeling a ton better with no need for follow up. Contrast this with my past experiences. At other providers, I would always come back multiple times even though I was doing the same exercises every time. This ran up costs. Also, it was always in a clinical setting with a bunch of other people who were all not doing well. Totally different vibe than at Maverick. Check them out if you're in need of pain care!
