I have literally never written a bad review about any company before but feel it is absolutely necessary to warn people of this company's dishonest tactics to scam their customers. I hired Repinstech through thumbtack to diagnose an issue where my washing machine's drum was not balanced and made a lot of noise due to vibration on spin mode. The tech that came out quickly looked at the washing machine and told me three parts with the motor needed to be replaced. I wasn't even sure how he diagnosed that with how quickly he looked at the appliance. Total cost of the repairs was about $500. Luckily I hired another company to give me a second opinion. This tech for this other company opened up the front panel of the washing machine and showed me the real problem, one of the struts holding up the drum was broken in half. This was clearly the issue and made sense. He also showed me the motor and showed me it was in perfect working condition. Had I spent $500 to replace those parts, not only would I have replaced something that wasn't broken, I would still have had the broken strut and would have been asked to spend more money. This was clearly an attempt to scam me by Repinstech. The worst part is that before jumping to conclusions, I opened a resolution case through thumbtack to try and address the issue directly with Marc Tollison. His responses were all lies about what happened and he refused to right the situation by providing a refund for a complete misdiagnosis. He made zero attempts to right a really terrible situation. Repinstech is clearly out to scam anyone who hires them. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS COMPANY!

But when we got in the car and turned the phone on, a new white flashing light started going off. This wasn't just unresolved--it was a final slap in the face. In retrospect, each time we went to Tech Bros, we experienced more damage. The way this was handled was completely unprofessional and dismissive. When we insisted that they fix the damage, they threatened to post our texts online like transparency would somehow make us look like the bad guys. Classic deflection tactic - trying to intimidate and discredit us because they know they've mishandled this, and we're holding them accountable. It is a positive place to work, and everyone goes to great lengths to include you in all their events. The president of the company has an open-door policy, the service manager is always ready to get you the help you need, and the sales staff are right there to assist in all facilitations to help with the customer's needs. The contracts and logistics departments work tirelessly with the technicians to once again take care of the client and customer.
