It started with contract negotiations and continued while under contract. If we didn't love the house so much we would have bailed. They had 5 weeks to address inspection and other items per the contract and were working until an hour before closing to get it done. I will say the construction is well done. They were great getting to the 95% mark, but made it very difficult to get to that 100% completion point.
