Ingrid's energy and genuine love for Pilates shine through in every movement and cue. At 54, and having recently undergone a hysterectomy due to endometrial cancer, I've been searching for a way to regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in my body. Fit Me has been the answer. We tried to get one for her but they were booked. The young gal at the front desk didn't need to be so rude as there could have been an attempt to ask for an exception this one time. It's sad that basic common sense has been depleted in today's world that even w customer service employee behaves in such a manner to a paying, returning customer. I parked and ran into the studio at 8:31 and the doors were locked with no one to be seen. I knocked, called and texted the studio, and stayed around for 15 minutes hoping someone would let me in. I finally gave up but got a response from the owner an hour later that "they start classes on time and the door is always locked." I didn't even get a credit from the class.
